There is a sound on youtube that stimulates the pineal gland (as a matter of fact it is by Shaktipatseer). I listen to it nightly and I can attest to some very weird things since I started. First of all, when I listen to it, I get waking paralysis. After 5 minutes in my brain feels tight... it's weird, it actually feels like my brain hemispheres are being pulled towards each other, really right behind my ears. I still cannot have OBE's but I have started to "see" things, mainly fractals, a few faces, and lots of brilliant colors. I hope to continue seeing and exercising this ability, it is quite amazing.
