Guys I was debating on posting this on ATS but after a talk with some friends we agreed that this needs to be put out.

I found this 2 days ago with the other 2 Documents I posted but I thought it would give away the location where I found them. However my friends and I agreed that if the Primary company was redacted it would be hard to prove where it came from.

If the Mods would like to Verify the Original I will make it available to them for examination. However I ask they not release it yet for public consumption.

I work with a Mississippi Emergency Management Agency and I am not currently Activated in response as I coordinate Search & Rescue but I do have credentials that allow me access to BP and their contractor sites. I can confirm that with the Mods if there is any issues surround my Integrity or Creditability.

From what I understand this is a beach clean up Contract.

So if you get sick later on in life .... No Claim for you. I guess only a desperate person needing work would agree to those terms.

Uuuuhhhh, maybe you might wanna re-read through it, considering it actually states that you would be able to make claims under the Workers Compensation Act. Again, this looks like a standard contract.

Edit - missed a part, disregard quesiton.

Edit 2 - Hahaha, you really serious with the whole "they wouldn't be able to find where I got them" thing???? The info you have been giving on here, plus the documents themselves, would make it rather easy to track where they are from. Why??? Because they would only be using these documents ALL TOGETHER, in certain places. Makes sense, no???

Well I know they can find me .... it wouldn't be it their best interest though. If something were to happen to me well lets say the SWHTF. Not that I am anyone important but I am militia after all.

I am more concerned abut the workers that actually sign this crap. and Workers Comp only covers you for On the Job injuries. So if you get cancer in 10 years from chronic exposure you have no right to a claim. Look at the exxon spill workers and what the ones that worked 9/11 .... they are all dieing.

Not saying that you aren't important. Far from it. Just saying they would be able to see where these documents are being used, and figure things out from there.

As for not being able to claim 10 years down the track, well, if it can be proven by medical reports that the sickness was work related, then claims would still be able to be made. Look what happened with James Hardie here in Australia, and the claims against them - en.wikipedia.org...

They ended up having to pay out a couple of hundred million minumum if memory serves me correct. And the Directors of the company were also charged because of a lack of due care for the workers.

Hi, I'm glad you have posted these. I'm not in a position to know how relevant they are, but I applaud anyone who is willing to risk posting documents which they have access to.

We all know that this cabal is up to no good in the Gulf, and from what we hear, the workers are being intimidated into silence.

If the first document does mean BP can search their private computer, the workers in the Gulf really need to be aware of this if they aren't already.
Hopefully this will help the info to percolate through to them.

I personally feel uncomfortable about the second one...in terms of the company protecting itself from any come back whatsoever for injuries which may arise as a result of the work done for them. I do not trust these people. All the companies involved down there are complicit in whatever is going on, and it is a fact that if they are true to form, the only thing they will be protecting/enhancing are their own corporate and personal bank accounts with no care at all for the workers.

Anyone who is presented with such a contract should, in my opinion, have it checked out by a legal person. It could be they have these people over a barrel and are drawing up contracts which deny them all their rights. In which case EVERYONE should be protesting loudly against this.

I don't know what Workers' compensation is - but something tells me it wouldn't be nearly enough to meet the damage done to health by Corex, for example.

They may be innocuous documents, in which case, no problem.

They may be fakes, as some suggest, (which I don't believe they are) - in which case no harm done at all.

I personally believe they are real documents and want to say a huge thank you to the whistleblower. It doesn't matter to me where they were found.

Whistleblowers are what will bring this whole stack of cards tumbling down, and anyone who takes any risk at all in disclosing information - even before they know whether or not it might be dangerous for them to do that, is a HERO in my book.

Whistleblowers are what the cabal is afraid of. Whistleblowers are what we need. I salute them all, and pray they will be safe.

So, the contract company that is hiring up people to lend out to Miller makes them sign this contract waiving rights to any sort of claim unless it is basically an OTJ accident. Then, Miller can lend those workers out to BP to scoop their poop off the beaches with very little protection against the elements they are working around.
If the worker then gets a serious illness and it traces back to Benzenene, Hydrocarbons, Corexit or any of the other chemicals in the "air up there", they have no one to blame and must just suffer in silence.

Roger, gotcha. I think I would rather flip burgers for $7 an hour than die in 10 years from Goop Death.

They are sadly taking full advantage of hard times and care not for the people that they are putting in harms way on this one. I honestly feel bad for the people who are in such a predicament that they have to settle for this just to put food on their table.

Thank you for coming forth and posting this for us. Although I must say I am not surprised that they put out contracts such as this. They know people are desperate for work and they will only adhere to what rules they absolutely have to. As for getting cancer down the line - it would take a high dollar attorney and lots of time that a sick person doesn't have energy for to get anything from them. Looks like they covered their arses pretty well. Please stay safe and know that you are important and appreciated!

Whoever typed this agreement, did it in a real hurry. I would think that
a company such as this could proof read what they want someone to
sign.

They misspelled assignment (assignmnet) and companies (compnaies).

I am being nit picky, but so what?

I would like to work for them as a proof reader. LOL

Ok people. Just as a side note, I refer to this - www.weblaw.edu.au... - the Occupational Health & Safety act. This is the Australian version. Basically it covers all workers, and what Employers are legally obliged to do to cover Employee's. The title of the Act is pretty self explanatory, and it was bought in here in Australia because of the acts of some dodgy Employers out there.

Not sure how things work in regards to this in other parts of the world, but surely most Governments would have this in place???? If not, harrass the hell out of your local and state governments to get something like this in place!!!!

Remember people's, the safest way to do things is to READ READ READ!!! Always check what your rights are before signing ANYTHING! Make sure of what your legal rights are before you commit to anything.

Jesus, I sound like my mother
I think I need a lie down and a couple of Panadol.

Nice find on the spelling .... I wonder if that would be a way out of that contract.

Why does it matter where its found

What matters is that it is posted on here first.

I have had a freind send it to all the MSM contacts he has. But I doubt it will be put on the air or mentioned.

The only thing that should matter on here is authenticity. Not where it came from or who has it. Thanks for posting these OP.

Absolutly correct!

How it has come to be found and be posted here is irrelivant.

I hope this thread takes off like the other one.

This information needs to go viral Lets Make that Happen ATS!
