The true teaching of the Buddha.
Simple as the following three ways of being, eventually will lead, if not in this lifetime then another to to the goal.
1 Relax (the body and mind, let go)
2 Now (bring your awareness back to the now, when wandering in thoughts about should have, could have, I will or fantasing about the future, let
go dont judge just bring your mind gently back to NOW, as this is all we have the rest is just an illusion/fantasy or reliving the past or further
fantasies)
3 Love (feel it, let it grow, not directed at anything but just all let it grow Love all unconditionally, allows forgiveness evenyually of all to
a very important part of this.)
Simple as, Nothing new, freedom, enlightenment and a happy life now and in the future awaits.
