Actually, about 7 years ago, I caught two of my team members from India in the cafeteria laughing at how soon our American PhDs would be cleaning their toilets. They typically displayed very arrogant attitudes, far more arrogant than any I ever saw displayed by Americans toward any other country in my entire career. We always had seminars on how to not offend. They didn't seem to give a damn.

Sure they weren't far wrong, but they've also now fallen into the same trap they criticized us about. Their rates are going up up up, they are far less competitive, and their rigid way of doing business is losing them more and more work today. And anyway, about what they said? There is that little thing called karma.
