Yes, apparently this is legal but this is not. Take a look at my home state and the law: Not sure if the first one is still on the books, but the second one most definitely is.

Virginia:

If one is not married, it is illegal for him to have sexual relations.

You may not have oral or anal sex.

I'd like you to go back through ALL of my posts & see where I have stated that a NEW LAW needs to be enacted.

I've simply stated that A PATCH needs to be added to the existing lewd & lascivious guidelines.

Also, you stated that "all of a sudden I'm too small to do anything".
I have been more than honest about my physical frame & this is how you treat someone who has confided a very personal (and factual) physical attribute in a public forum?

To even "patch" current legislation requires the inaction of new legislation (a law) to patch it. Which set's the precedent of making non-naked, non-pornographic, non-violent activities you deem immoral unlawful with no end in sight. There is a reason law is SPECIFIC.

Very good post actually and it made me think, I do agree with a lot of what you said. I appreciate not many condone it but I feel it's the placid response people give as if it's not that big a deal, when actually it's quite disgusting, that makes others angry.

However I stand by that I would have physically assaulted him, it wouldn't have made it better but that's just how I would've reacted out of anger. Anger is not a moronic feeling it is one that we all feel and it should be used now and then, especially in circumstance like this. And please no-one come with some BS about how violence means you're dumb etc, it really doesn't, there is always a time and a place for violence, yes I said it. It's just the namby pamby culture of today that makes people think they're of a higher intelligence if they think there isn't. Violence is in no way good but it is sometimes needed, that's just life.

Also I personally don't think that assaulting a pervert is worse than sucking a dildo in front of children, but that's just me.

I'm no more offended by "dildo" than any other descriptive vulgarity of penis. The point is that if one can be upset over a dildo, one can be upset over the word dildo. (nor did I mention anything about Burgo saying dildo, rather the nice four letter c word.)

First time poster here. How is everyone? I hope all is well.

The topic at hand is pretty creepy to say the least. This has happened in our neighborhood before so it's nothing new. Well, in our neighborhood it was a bit different I suppose. He was behind a dumpster doing his thing.

(NOT a No. 1)

We ran him off and called the police. I'm not sure what happened to him after that. Honestly, I could care less.

Heck, I feel bad for JUST cussing in front of a child. I don't care what anyone has to say, doing anything sexual in front of a minor is wrong. In most places even PDA is punishable by law, why isn't this?

You're the one twisting it. He didn't do it towards a child, a child was within the "vicinity".

I'll concede that in your scenario, if it was towards a child then he was in the wrong. However seeing as it wasn't and that's a lame scenario most of you keep trying to apply what actually happened... I'm going to keep pointing out your errors.

Secondly. I was fully aware of sex by age 5. Without "trauma", or being molested or walking in on something.

I don't think you give children enough credit, possibly because you weren't given enough credit as a child. They are just as perfectly capable of reasoning and thought as adults. They have just experienced less.
