I'd say we're gearing up for war folks.

Yesterday, BBC was reporting that Iranian flagged airlines were being refused refuelling rights at British airports because they were "worried that it would break UN sanctions to refuel these flights".

Today, BBC is reporting breaking news that the EU has gone a step further and banned most Iranian flights from the EU, under "safety" grounds. No link yet - it's a breaking news story but visit news.bbc.co.uk for more information as it becomes available.

It's interesting that the Iranian planes have been banned on "safety" grounds, as many of those same models of planes are being flown every minute of every day in the EU by airlines of all member states.

One of the first things that you'd do in times of war is to isolate the country in the international community and restrict travel for that country's officials.

there WILL NOT BE any war with iran id say possibly within the next 5-10 years.

the uk will not start it,will not send troops when they already have troops in afghanistan,iraq. ( muslim protesters spitting on uk soldiers might have a little to do with that)

the us? too much debt,fighting 2 wars and no $$ outdated weapon systems(i dare you to point to one cutting edge weapons system online we are currently using)
