Think tank groups in the Mililtary Industrial Complex - club of rome, trilateral commission, CFR, and many of the various organizations founded by internationalists. Its the corporations that sprout up around the central bank. They meet together at Bilderberg They would lose most of their power by separating the banks up to each state, and delegating the power to the states and the people respectively as stated in the 10th ammendment of the constitution. Since they have 5 lobbyist for each congressman and vast amounts of wealth, it will be a difficult battle.
