The technology, called Sigard, monitors movements and speech to detect signs of threatening behavior. Its designers claim the system can anticipate anti-social behavior and violence by analyzing the information picked up its sensors.

Looks like the NWO has testbed in good 'ol United Kingdom. This should play out good to determine if it will be accepted by the public sheep or, the government ends up with a big mess on their hands.

Its been a few years since the first public cameras were put up and the people settled with being filmed at every corner & traffic light in the world. Now, I suppose with economic crisis and government spending down, they will cut some people loose to trim the big fed deficit and rely on public microphones in order to save the high paying positions of lip readers.
