Chemtrails: A theory

This is intuitive. I think that chemtrails are just polymer binding agents. The stuff in the chemtrails that is noxious or poisonous is already in the air.

For example, DU particles. The polymers bind with the DU and bring it to ground so people will not breath it. Unfortunately, in the future dangerous substances brought to ground will enter the water supply.

So what I am saying here is that it could be possible that there is no intentional poisoning through chemtrails, but there is a very intentional plan to cover up the poor quality of the air and the contaminants in it.
