This guy was arrested for not having a vendors liscense. I think he should've just been issued a ticket. It is crazy that he was held for nine hours.

At one point in his life, Oliver Stone hired this guy to be a consultant on the JFK movie. Now he is a street vendor. Times are tough all over I guess.
