As you don't seem to be a thinker, let me enlighten you on who is suing to keep religion out of schools and the public areas.

Stop, you are killin me.

Whoa, I gotta sit down. Careful, you have broken glass allllllllll over you.

Anyway. Whew. So...who is suing to do what? Why is religion trying to get INTO public schools and public areas where it has no business. Is your goal to be backwards? Explain to me why pushy ass religion needs to be in my public space?

But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
Matthew 6:6

Must be you are worried about invading public spaces to blaspheme your lord?

Actually I was wrong, athesim isn't the religion of non-belivers, Nazism and Communism are.

Again, the Nazis were a Christian movement and atheism or even athesim are not religions. Can you define religion?

Again, let me ask. What you having to drink tonight? Let me buy the next one.

If you paid attention in history class, you would know that Hitler said that being religious was a sign of weakness. Hitler was a Norse Pagan.

Interesting, I didn't realize that Norse Pagan was the same as atheist. I'm confused here, because I could have sworn you just said

...athiests who have achieved power in the world. Hitler...

Let's see what Hitler's closest and most trusted confident, the man whom he opened up to and spoke about anything to, said about Hitler's religious beliefs:

"The Führer is deeply religious, but deeply anti-Christian. He regards Christianity as a symptom of decay. Rightly so. It is a branch of the Jewish race." - Joseph Goebbels, personal diary. 1939.

If you paid attention in history class, you would know that Hitler said that being religious was a sign of weakness. Hitler was a Norse Pagan.

a) Hitler was baptized as Roman Catholic during infancy in Austria.

b) As Hitler approached boyhood he attended a monastery school. (On his way to school young Adolf daily observed a stone arch which was carved with the monastery’s coat of arms bearing a swastika.)

c) Hitler was a communicant and an altar boy in the Catholic Church.

d) As a young man he was confirmed as a “soldier of Christ.” His most ardent goal at the time was to become a priest. Hitler writes of his love for the church and clergy: “I had excellent opportunity to intoxicate myself with the solemn splendor of the brilliant church festivals. As was only natural, the abbot seemed to me, as the village priest had once seemed to my father, the highest and most desirable ideal.” -Adolf Hitler (Mein Kampf)

e) Hitler was NEVER excommunicated nor condemned by his church. Matter of fact the Church felt he was JUST and “avenging for God” in attacking the Jews for they deemed the Semites the killers of Jesus.

f) Hitler, Franco and Mussolini were given VETO power over whom the pope could appoint as a bishop in Germany, Spain and Italy. In turn they surtaxed the Catholics and gave the money to the Vatican. Hitler wrote a speech in which he talks about this alliance, this is an excerpt: “The fact that the Vatican is concluding a treaty with the new Germany means the acknowledgement of the National Socialist state by the Catholic Church. This treaty shows the whole world clearly and unequivocally that the assertion that National Socialism [Nazism] is hostile to religion is a lie.” Adolf Hitler, 22 July 1933, writing to the Nazi Party

g) Hitler worked CLOSELY with Pope Pius in converting Germanic society and supporting the church. The Church absorbed Nazi ideals and preached them as part of their sermons in turn Hitler placed Catholic teachings in public education. This photo depicts Hitler with Archbishop Cesare Orsenigo, the papal nuncio in Berlin. It was taken On April 20, 1939, when Orsenigo celebrated Hitler’s birthday. The celebrations were initiated by Pacelli (Pope Pius XII) and became a tradition.

h) Due to Hitler’s involvement with the Church he began enacting doctrines of the Church as law. He outlawed all abortion, raged a death war on all homosexuals, and demanded corporal punishment in schools and home. Many times Hitler addressed the church and promised that Germany would implement its teachings: “The National Socialist State professes its allegiance to positive Christianity. It will be its honest endeavor to protect both the great Christian Confessions in their rights, to secure them from interference with their doctrines (Lehren), and in their duties to constitute a harmony with the views and the exigencies of the State of today.” –Adolf Hitler, on 26 June 1934, to Catholic bishops to assure them that he would take action against the new pagan propaganda “Providence has caused me to be Catholic, and I know therefore how to handle this Church.” -Adolf Hitler, reportedly to have said in Berlin in 1936 on the enmity of the Catholic Church to National Socialism

I believe today that my conduct is in accordance with the will of the Almighty Creator.
- Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf, Vol. 1 Chapter 2

Even today I am not ashamed to say that, overpowered by stormy enthusiasm, I fell down on my knees and thanked Heaven from an overflowing heart for granting me the good fortune of being permitted to live at this time.
- Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf, Vol. 1 Chapter 5

I had so often sung 'Deutschland über Alles' and shouted 'Heil' at the top of my lungs, that it seemed to me almost a belated act of grace to be allowed to stand as a witness in the divine court of the eternal judge and proclaim the sincerity of this conviction.
- Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf, Vol. 1 Chapter 5

Once again the songs of the fatherland roared to the heavens along the endless marching columns, and for the last time the Lord's grace smiled on His ungrateful children.
- Adolf Hitler reflecting on World War I, Mein Kampf, Vol. 1, Chapter 7

What we have to fight for is the necessary security for the existence and increase of our race and people, the subsistence of its children and the maintenance of our racial stock unmixed, the freedom and independence of the Fatherland; so that our people may be enabled to fulfill the mission assigned to it by the Creator.
- Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf, Vol. 1 Chapter 8

But if out of smugness, or even cowardice, this battle is not fought to its end, then take a look at the peoples five hundred years from now. I think you will find but few images of God, unless you want to profane the Almighty.
- Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf, Vol. 1 Chapter 10

In short, the results of miscegenation are always the following: (a) The level of the superior race becomes lowered; (b) physical and mental degeneration sets in, thus leading slowly but steadily towards a progressive drying up of the vital sap. The act which brings about such a development is a sin against the will of the Eternal Creator. And as a sin this act will be avenged.
- Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf, Vol. 1 Chapter 11

Anyone who dares to lay hands on the highest image of the Lord commits sacrilege against the benevolent creator of this miracle and contributes to the expulsion from paradise.
- Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf Vol. 2 Chapter 1

Thus inwardly armed with confidence in God and the unshakable stupidity of the voting citizenry, the politicians can begin the fight for the 'remaking' of the Reich as they call it.
- Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf Vol. 2 Chapter 1

It may be that today gold has become the exclusive ruler of life, but the time will come when man will again bow down before a higher god.
- Adolf Hitler, Mein Kampf Vol. 2 Chapter 2

King your insistent silence on simply answering yes or no is going to lead me to include that you are afraid to admit that yes, like the man who murdered the homosexual in Ohio, the woman who lobbed who infants arms off and let it bleed to death, or the mother who murdered her anti-christ son, you too would kill for god if he asked you. That is the only explanation as why you have an inability to actually simply answer yes or no.

One thing I love about Christian bashers, is they only rip on Christianity because Christians are easy targets.

Why is it that you only protest around Catholic and suburban churches.

In California, after the gay marriage vote, where most of the no votes came from the minority communities, you protested outside of Mormon churches.

You all knew better than to protest inside of a church in South Central or East LA.

Also, why not protest outside of a Mosque? Better yet, instead of this anonymous site, go to an Islamic site, give your real name, and spew your insults.

Probably because you don't have the testicular fortitude to really stand up for your beliefs.

Really, my one and only post in response to you warrants a "You keep on about" comment? At least read who is responding to you before replying yourself, as a courtesy.

But yes, there were two or three atheist world leaders. Some of them did some bad stuff. There were a few hundred christian leaders, a lot of them did some bad stuff. There were a few hundred Muslim leaders, a lot of them did some bad stuff. There's currently one Buddhist Tibetian high priest who's done some bad stuff. Absolute power corrupts absolutely, regardless of religious creed. Religion is just an easier scapegoat to do atrocities. It's easier to swallow "this is our divine right" for those who really wish to believe so.

None of us on this thread started it as a bash-fest, we were invited by the original poster who claimed he knew us better then we knew ourselves. Nobody in here is protesting outside of Mormon churches or in fact any churches. I've never stood outside to protest anything in my life. Your arguments seem angsty about the non-religious in general, what happened, did a roaming band of atheists break into your home one night and steal your Golden Retriever?

I have no hatred for athiests. I find it's the athiests who have the hatred. I'm just responding in kind.

YES your exactly right attempting to trap with words, slanderous accusations, twisting is your game and intent to begin but sorry you've been weighed and found wanting I wonder if I could have known to begin with?

Show me one thing I have twisted. Show me one thing I have distorted. Show me one trap I have set. That is just insane. I am asking you to just USE YOUR OWN WORDS. You can use any words you want. You can put them in any order and use them to send any message. How is asking you to freely express yourself a trap? Why do you need to lie? Show me where I did any of these things or let this stand as evidence that, like the others in this thread, you need to resort to lies in order to defend Jesus.

All I want to see is WHAT YOU THINK. There is no trap. Bible quotes are pointless for many reasons. One, you do not seem to understand them anyway so they do not send much of a message. Two, I have already conceded to pure ignorance in that they send no message to me whatsoever so they are pointless and a waste of time and effort for us both.

Just use your own words to answer simple questions. Why can you not do that?

Then the Pharisees went out and laid plans to trap him in his words.-Matt22.15

"That night God came to Balaam and said to him, "If these men have come to summon you, you may go with them; yet only on the condition that you do exactly as I tell you." So the next morning when Balaam arose, he saddled his ass, and went off with the princes of Moab. But now the anger of God flared up at him for going, and the angel of the LORD stationed himself on the road to hinder him as he was riding along on his ass, accompanied by two of his servants. When the ass saw the angel of the LORD standing on the road with sword drawn, she turned off the road and went into the field, and Balaam had to beat her to bring her back on the road. Then the angel of the LORD took his stand in a narrow lane between vineyards with a stone wall on each side. When the ass saw the angel of the LORD there, she shrank against the wall; and since she squeezed Balaam's leg against it, he beat her again. The angel of the LORD then went ahead, and stopped next in a passage so narrow that there was no room to move either to the right or to the left. When the ass saw the angel of the LORD there, she cowered under Balaam. So, in anger, he again beat the ass with his stick.
- But now the LORD opened the mouth of the ass, and she asked Balaam, "What have I done to you that you should beat me these three times?" "You have acted so willfully against me," said Balaam to the ass, "that if I but had a sword at hand, I would kill you here and now." But the ass said to Balaam, "Am I not your own beast, and have you not always ridden upon me until now? Have I been in the habit of treating you this way before?" "No," replied Balaam.
- Then the LORD removed the veil from Balaam's eyes, so that he too saw the angel of the LORD standing on the road with sword drawn; and he fell on his knees and bowed to the ground. But the angel of the LORD said to him, "Why have you beaten your ass these three times? It is I who have come armed to hinder you because this rash journey of yours is directly opposed to me. When the ass saw me, she turned away from me these three times. If she had not turned away from me, I would have killed you; her I would have spared." Then Balaam said to the angel of the LORD, "I have sinned. Yet I did not know that you stood against me to oppose my journey. Since it has displeased you, I will go back home." But the angel of the LORD said to Balaam, "Go with the men; but you may say only what I tell you." So Balaam went on with the princes of Balak. -Numbers 22:20-35

and they plotted to arrest Jesus in some sly way and kill him.-Matt26.4

“And the LORD said to Moses, "Say to the people of Israel: 'Suppose a man's wife goes astray and is unfaithful to her husband. Suppose she sleeps with another man, but there is no witness since she was not caught in the act. If her husband becomes jealous and suspicious of his wife, even if she has not defiled herself, the husband must bring his wife to the priest with an offering of two quarts of barley flour to be presented on her behalf. Do not mix it with olive oil or frankincense, for it is a jealousy offering – an offering of inquiry to find out if she is guilty. "'The priest must then present her before the LORD. He must take some holy water in a clay jar and mix it with dust from the Tabernacle floor. When he has presented her before the LORD, he must unbind her hair and place the offering of inquiry – the jealousy offering – in her hands to determine whether or not her husband's suspicions are justified. The priest will stand before her, holding the jar of bitter water that brings a curse to those who are guilty. The priest will put the woman under oath and say to her, "If no other man has slept with you, and you have not defiled yourself by being unfaithful, may you be immune from the effects of this bitter water that causes the curse. But if you have gone astray while under your husband's authority and defiled yourself by sleeping with another man"- at this point the priest must put the woman under this oath – "then may the people see that the LORD's curse is upon you when he makes you infertile. Now may this water that brings the curse enter your body and make you infertile. "And the woman will be required to say, "Yes, let it be so." Then the priest will write these curses on a piece of leather and wash them off into the bitter water. He will then make the woman drink the bitter water, so it may bring on the curse and cause bitter suffering in cases of guilt. "'Then the priest will take the jealousy offering from the woman's hand, lift it up before the LORD, and carry it to the altar. He will take a handful as a token portion and burn it on the altar. Then he will require the woman to drink the water. If she has defiled herself by being unfaithful to her husband, the water that brings the curse will cause bitter suffering. She will become infertile, and her name will become a curse word among her people. But if she has not defiled herself and is pure, she will be unharmed and will still be able to have children. "'This is the ritual law for dealing with jealousy. If a woman defiles herself by being unfaithful to her husband, or if a man is overcome with jealousy and suspicion that his wife has been unfaithful, the husband must present his wife before the LORD, and the priest will apply this entire ritual law to her. The husband will be innocent of any guilt in this matter, but his wife will be held accountable for her sin.” - Numbers 5:11-31

Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.-John18.36

“So the LORD saved Israel that day, and the battle continued to rage even out beyond Beth-aven. Now the men of Israel were worn out that day, because Saul had made them take an oath, saying, "Let a curse fall on anyone who eats before evening – before I have full revenge on my enemies." So no one ate a thing all day, even though they found honeycomb on the ground in the forest. They didn't even touch the honey because they all feared the oath they had taken. But Jonathan had not heard his father's command, and he dipped a stick into a piece of honeycomb and ate the honey. After he had eaten it, he felt much better. But one of the men saw him and said, "Your father made the army take a strict oath that anyone who eats food today will be cursed. That is why everyone is weary and faint."
- "My father has made trouble for us all!" Jonathan exclaimed. "A command like that only hurts us. See how much better I feel now that I have eaten this little bit of honey. If the men had been allowed to eat freely from the food they found among our enemies, think how many more we could have killed!" But hungry as they were, they chased and killed the Philistines all day from Micmash to Aijalon, growing more and more faint. That evening they flew upon the battle plunder and butchered the sheep, cattle, and calves, but they ate them without draining the blood. Someone reported to Saul, "Look, the men are sinning against the LORD by eating meat that still has blood in it.""That is very wrong," Saul said. "Find a large stone and roll it over here. Then go out among the troops and tell them, 'Bring the cattle and sheep here to kill them and drain the blood. Do not sin against the LORD by eating meat with the blood still in it.'" So that night all the troops brought their animals and slaughtered them there. And Saul built an altar to the LORD, the first one he had ever built. Then Saul said, "Let's chase the Philistines all night and destroy every last one of them." His men replied, "We'll do whatever you think is best."

Honestly, I love how neither side has "proof", yet both expressly state they are right.

One thing to keep in mind, unless you are Atheist/Agnostic/etc.

Just because you hate something, doesn't mean your "god" does. After all he is created by more than just you.

As for me, being a pope, I must create gods. As many as I can, as fast as I can.

And all of my gods are better than yours! Especially if you are an Atheist!

I didn't want bible quotes and questions leading to questions, I wanted one word, Yes or No. You've failed to answer that, and instead cowered in fear behind scripture.

Answer the question this time. Just yes or no, or should I just assume it's a yes?

- But the priest said, "Let's ask God first." So Saul asked God, "Should we go after the Philistines? Will you help us defeat them?" But God made no reply that day. Then Saul said to the leaders, "Something's wrong! I want all my army commanders to come here. We must find out what sin was committed today. I vow by the name of the LORD who rescued Israel that the sinner will surely die, even if it is my own son Jonathan!" But no one would tell him what the trouble was. Then Saul said, "Jonathan and I will stand over here, and all of you stand over there." And the people agreed. Then Saul prayed, "O LORD, God of Israel, please show us who is guilty and who is innocent. Are Jonathan and I guilty, or is the sin among the others?" And Jonathan and Saul were chosen as the guilty ones, and the people were declared innocent. Then Saul said, "Now choose between me and Jonathan." And Jonathan was shown to be the guilty one. "Tell me what you have done," Saul demanded of Jonathan. "I tasted a little honey," Jonathan admitted. "It was only a little bit on the end of a stick. Does that deserve death?"
- "Yes, Jonathan," Saul said, "you must die! May God strike me dead if you are not executed for this." But the people broke in and said to Saul, "Should Jonathan, who saved Israel today, die? Far from it! As surely as the LORD lives, not one hair on his head will be touched, for he has been used of God to do a mighty miracle today." So the people rescued Jonathan, and he was not put to death. -l 14:23-45

But I want to tell you three things: bones heal, chicks dig scars, and the United States of America has the best doctor-to-daredevil ratio in the world! " - Lance Murdock to Bart Simpson

See how obnoxious that is yet?

So, now that you have made accusations, you can back them up or let them stand, testament to your willingness to reach out to deception in order to reinforce your faith in Jesus Christ.

Then, give answering a question in your own words a shot. The only way it can be a trap is if you do not have honest answers.
