Ron Paul is trying to keep us motivated, which is a good thing
that many cosponsors flip flopping pretty much sucks though

I think either alot of people got scared or got heavy pockets all of a sudden
maybe both

This guy has been fighting for the freedom of people for 30 years whether they valued that freedom or not
More people are listening now but not nearly enough

It sucks though, there's so much secrecy it's unbelievable

Nothing wrong with a little transparency is there? Nothing wrong with seeing where the money that the FED lends us is going or coming from right?

I think your right, that some members got some heavy pockets all of a sudden and realized that a cash cow was being put up for the slaughter if they were to actually audit the fed.

Please, explain to me again why we are not taking these politicians out of office.

In so many ways they do not work for us(except for Dr. No here, the only one it seems), so why are they not being "escorted" out of office?

Why is this crap allowed to continue? How many co-sponsors flip-flopped and who blackmailed them into changing their votes?

It's hard to not get disgusted by the folks in the D.C. as they are all worthless pawns of the corporations.

Got Fascism? We The People surely have no say in what is going down.

I think we do take some out of office but it's not a fast enough process. And then a certain percentage of the new ones get indoctrinated (by whatever means...payoffs, cuddling, blackmail) just as soon as they get there.

What we need to push for is strict term limits and lobby reform to start. But who in Congress is going to vote for that? They have too much to lose. We've painted ourselves into a corner here.

I give Senator Paul a lot of credit simply for standing up to the status quo. That he makes sense as well is a side benefit.

Actually a campaign of continual replacement in 12 years you would have a completely new congress. You would have to replace all senators and congressmen twice over to get people that haven't been indoctrinated yet.

It is possible, anything is possible. But in order for this to work, you would have to replace every single person, that means the good and the bad. Replace them all over and over again till you have all new people in. Then you repeat the process to make sure that no one can make a career out of being an elected official in the legislative branch. Then you can pass term limits. We the people would have to already impose those term limits.

But it would have to be a united effort on the part of all people.

“we the people”? so why dont you make it so?
make it so a senator is in office for one year.
they it will be the people who are in office.
and make shore that its not just the people with lots of money.
and not this voting crap,
where the one who spends the most money getting voted in.
gets to be the president.

I mean even the IRS failed their recent audit Source

Term limits are an excellent idea, but perhaps just as important ALL the corporate money has to be taken out of this. I realize that SCOTUS said recently that corporations have the right to have access, but take the money out of their pockets.

But yeah, the Fed needs a good audit and not the independent audit they have every year, but a GAO audit.
