oh folks i need a virtual hug. i am so overwhelmed with all what
is going on with the BP disaster its taking its toll on me.

i need a break.well I'm due to run out of Internet connection very
soon so that may be a bit of rest bite. (pay as you go)

is it just me or is nothing being done to hold people accountable?

sorry sorry SEE cant get away from it. I'm off for a lie down.
just having my faith tested i suppose.

one of these may be in order

no i thought it was a cup of tea? Ive lost it.

Here's what you should do

1. Turn of your TV

2. Log off ATS until all the doomsayer threads die down. Its being blown out of proportion through the media and here.

A sincere hug for you, good to hear you are concerned. A lot of us could use hugs and friendship right now! When ATS gets to be too much I come to BTS - found you here so it can't be all bad.

Thanks folks, Ahh feel better now.
yeah think i will have a look around
below TS for a while maybe take in
some fun threads least it will be a distraction.

i feel for you in the US, it's like a media
black out in England about the mess and
if i try to make conversation with people
here they just dont know or care about the slick.

yeah, even though the world gets smaller all the time, it's easy not to think about certain things, especially unpleasant things, if they're far away. especially without media exposure.

out of sight = out of mind

i'm glad, though, for this, that i'm tuned in to it. it's eating me up but i'd rather that than to feel i blew it off - personal accountability, you know.

thank you for caring so much about it! it is just one world for all of us.

no i live in the UK so I'm not affected as
opposed to my work well not yet any way.

no i just feel like this is being swept under
the carpet and people don't give a damn.

i just feel so helpless here and am a little
disappointed people are being treated the
way they are there and the pollution.its criminal.

just spent to much time in the BP threads and got overwhelmed.

done as ozwetherman said and took a break and stayed out for a bit.

feel a bit better for it but i cant just leave the issue till its sorted.
i now look and learn in moderation.thanks for asking
