Well, yes. This shows you the situation of the people and their common sense. If anybody, who could ever do such a blatant mistake is in a position to do it, there clearly is a lack of people who are equipped with brains

In the old days, people ignorant in world geography would say that Buenos Aires was the capital of Brasil.

I guess, now, Buenos Aires will become the capital of South Africa. o_O
