Gulf Oil Spill Questions

I have questions concerning the oil spill in the gulf.

If .... and I mean IF
there are evacuation orders given
for the gulf coast ......

will that also include the oil spill
clean-up crews ???? Police ???

Just WHO will be left
if the coast is evacuated ????
and WHO will continue to clean-up
the oil spill ??????

How can it ever be stopped if
everybody leaves????

Well...they abandoned the gushing well was it yesterday? and they're not returning for two weeks. And the hurricane wasn't even that close to it. Depends on the level of evacuation, I suppose.
