The Right to Bear Arms

In this video, constitutional attorney Larry Becraft points out something I've never thought of before regarding the right to bear arms.

He says that the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution is not as powerful as a lot of the State constitutions. He used the Alabama constitution as an example. He said it reads, "Every citizen has a right to bear arms in defense of himself and the state."
