For me , they are all the more wondrous because they were not `created` .

But i certainly agree that they are shockingly beautiful.

Very nice jennybee!

There is something very aesthetically soothing about flowers in our gardens, with the colors, shapes and fragrances they offer.

Peace

First off i want to say thank you for the excellent reminder of the beauty and diversity that surrounds us.

question:
what type of plant was the last pic in the OP?

it reminds me of some oriental poppies i saw a few years back in new jersey of all places...
well it is the garden state..

thanks again for the soothing thread

Thank you MS!
Not sure what it is, their are a few(1/2 dozen) growing wild in an adjacent field behind my property. They do look like a poppy.....Yes I just googled it and it is a red poppy. I was intrigued with the "crown" center.

Peace

Just took some pics here at a park and thought I'd share.

Does anyone know what this tree with shaggy white blossoms is? It is about 8 ft tall and heavily fragrant, a real powerful sweet smell.

I don't know the names but I was glad to see all of these today.
Feel free to add some of yours

Peace,
spec

Boyfriend's cactus gave us a present after we replanted it.
Plants really do communicate with people who give them care.

Lovely thread :] it's healing to appreciate what you can

Cool cactus Kroshka, thanks for adding it. Healing, yes, on multiple levels. I just planted some Nicodemus for fragrance on the porch. Divine I tell ya!

It looks to be a White Fringe Tree, Chionanthus virginicus. USDA plant profile

Gorgeous!
