Former Justice Department Lawyer Accuses Holder of Dropping New Black Panther Case for Racial Reasons

A former Justice Department attorney who quit his job to protest the Obama administration's handling of the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case is accusing Attorney General Eric Holder of dropping the charges for racially-motivated reasons.

Minister King Samir Shabazz, Malik Zulu Shabazz and Jerry Jackson -- were charged in a civil complaint with violating the Voter Rights Act in November 2008 by using coercion, threats and intimidation at a Philadelphia polling station

Get ready for a ton of this. Voter fraud and intimidation will be greater than ever during the 2012 election. Having people in uniforms at polling places with batons calling white people "crackers" and "white devils" is certainly a violation of the law.

These gents had their charges dropped, despite the fact that the entire matter is on video and clearly shows intimidation.

Now we have a situation whereby having a police car a few blocks from a polling place is considered voter intimidation and some gent with a club at another is not.

The Civil Rights Commission, a non-racial group who's president is a black man pressed this case. The lawyers in the case clearly had enough meat on the bone to push the case forward and file charges.

From the top of the Justice Department told the lawyers to drop the case.

This is not going to go away and more of it is going to come

Yeah I seen Megyn Kelly's interview with the dude live on Fox News this afternoon...Hopefully Eric Holder will end up being fired when this is over...he seems to always be doing something not merely wrong, but stupid...

Anyone actually surprised by this?

He used to work for the NAACP.

This should not come as a shock to people.
