When graphing the ln(I) versus V. where I is current in milliAmps and V is voltage. What are the units of the slope?

The charge of an electron is 1.6*10E-19 Coulombs. Does it have an equivalent value in Joules.

Do the units make sense in the below equation:
Joules/Kelvin = Coulombs / (( ln(milliAmps)/Voltage) *Kelvin))
