All these aid ships should be equipped with surveillance, which goes to a live feed which a set of independent monitors watch from several countries
around the world.
The footage should be also made live to the public via a website, and recorded by all who want to. Then allow the Israelis to board the ships and
investigate the cargo (Although this would be illegal if in international waters but hey it's Israel they'll only yap otherwise) before they reach
the Gaza people.
Then they would not be able to plant anything on board or would have a tough time doing so. Perhaps a selected Israeli escort could go on board until
the destination to observe the handover of aid too, all under the watchful eye of the general public. I'm sure all concerned would be on their best
Wishful thinking I know, but I am some what of a dreamer.
