Have you heard alien abduction stories about black liquid being put into your body via a tube down the throat?

No. Never heard of it. And since after 9 minutes, this thread is now the number one google search result for it, I'm guessing not many others have either.

X-files had a few episodes on that theme.
If it was a friend of yours who told you, he/she probably got it from there.

Besides you in your other thread - www.abovetopsecret.com... I have not heard a story with black liquid, but I know it is common for people who report being abducted to say they were tested on or had tubes shoved down their throat etc, so yes it is a common theme.

OP this is ATS. if ever in your mind you wonder if you can have an opinion rest assured the answer is yes.

Raud is right, X-files did shows about some kind of black oil or black liquid that would be injected or enter into people and it would turn their eyes black

As mentioned, X-Files is the only reference I can recall for this.
