Its freaken 3D, even I could make that character in 3D max

Awesome! Please go ahead and make the character in 3D max to provide evidence for your claim. In the spirit of denying ignorance, it would be awesome if you can debunk this by duplication. Anxiously awaiting your results.

A UFO and ET related event that might have a profound effect on the course of history took place around two weeks ago in Alberta, Canada. A farmer in a rural area heard unusual noises coming from outside his house. He managed to get hold of camera and filmed what might be the most conclusive footage of an alien released to the public.

The footage was uploaded onto YouTube and is now being studied by UFO researchers worldwide.

The witness who calls himself 'Mr Beehat' writes about his experience and the video:

This footage was taken at around eleven or twelve at night in rural Alberta on June 7th 2010. A few days prior to this, me and my brother had been hearing noises from the yard at night and thought we had seen something out the window, so we decided to keep a camera handy in case it happened again. As you can see, the footage we captured shows a tall creature with a strange manner of walking. It had quite large hands with three fingers each and appeared to almost go completely invisible at times. One of the strangest features of this being was it's almost metallic looking skin.

UFOs are commonly seen in Alberta. Real or a clever UFO/extraterrestrial hoax? What do you think?

Doesn't look too spectacular to me, nothing that couldn't be faked relatively easily (I'm no expert) but I thought it was worth a discussion at least. It's certainly unique.

I can't help thinking the 'alien' looks like the Tin Man from Wizard of Oz or maybe even C3PO from Star Wars (which is a little more relevant )

Enjoy!

OP? Are you quoting all this or are these your words? If you're quoting it, where's the original source?

If you did not 'set this up' with an introduction, this would be laughable so again, where's the proof this is being studied?

Thanks~

I don't know how 3D Max got dragged into this or any other 3D rendering software, it's a real person, that's NOT a Biped model, that either nicely motion capped or it's real and I do NOT think it's mo-cap.

So many experts, so few real ones...

That's to Livewires reply..., not the next quoted person..

The guy holding the camera is also holding another light source, possibly a torch or another IR capable torch.

If you watch the chair, and only the chair, you will see this secondary light source moving about.

The IR light is being reflected heavily off the glass and then the secondary light moves off the chair and the 'alien' at intervals which makes them both seem to dissapear.

You will also notice the two horizontal lines in the right hand side background.

It looks like they have light falling on them from yet another source (moon, street light, house lights etc).

The oddest thing, imo, is that you can still see these lines when the 'alien' dissapears. If it was a real person there, then you would see their silouhette.

With the combination of at least three different light sources, this is going to be hard work to actually get to the bottom of it.

Yes, it could be a prank, yes it could be partly computerised images, but we have to consider the possibility that whatever this 'being' is wearing is capable of some form of light trickery that allows it to dissapear like it does.

From a debunking point of view, all these factors have to be taken into consideration to sort through the reality of this vid.

But the icing on the cake which tells me this is faked, is that if you watch the chair, very closely, from 10 seconds to 13 seconds you will notice that it moves position before the 'alien' gets anywhere near it.

This moving chair stinks of re-takes. These re-takes could explain our 'dissapearing' alien.

If it was me, I would certainly not be shouting 'WTF!'...I reckon I would be too gobsmacked to even get a word out. Not to mention scared stiff.

No you wouldn't be afraid not in a real encounter.
