Our approach is to develop community-based, public-private partnerships to increase the number of South Carolina children who are fully immunized and reduce the number of school days missed by students for failure to be up-to-date with their shots. State law requires school administrators to deny admission to children who are behind in their immunizations. Day care providers are under similar restrictions.

Sorry for the lack of pointing you to the actual bill. Typically when subjects are brought here before ATS I like to assume that unless debunked they stand. This is one big bill I would personally like to see completely fly out the window. After scanning through the actual wording again, I find that the stench of socialism reeks more after sitting for a few months.

South Carolina Vaccine Exemption

Gosh, that was hard! I had to do an entire 5 seconds of Google searching to show that you are either lying or willfully ignorant.

Note that you can either get a religious exemption (which can apply to any religion you choose, even if you aren't ACTUALLY a member) or a medical exemption (which is simply asking a doctor to sign the form, which most physicians have no problem doing).

The only way they could package this would be to stage some kind of national or regional health emergency, ala "Outbreak", only with some flu strain instead of Ebola Zaire. Something to use as a scare tactic and justification for forced inoculations, with the additional flourish of a declared national emergency.

The difference between what I have called you and what you have called me, is that I have evidence. I haven't made a single claim that contradicts reality.

You, on the other hand, have gone from claiming "VACCINES ARE MANDATORY, OH MY GOD IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD" to "well, so what if they aren't...they MIGHT be someday! And just look at the 'tone' of the article!"

So, essentially, you are just moving the goal posts anytime you are proven wrong. You claimed they are mandatory, I showed you they are not. The Second Amendment was re-affirmed today.

This is a extreemly importiant issue to me. A nurse attempted to give my son 7 vaccines in one day while he had a fever. Having been a firefighter EMT and Knowing the risk, I have chosen not to have any vaccines done.

This issue is a line in the sand for me as well as others. They do not want to force this on the American People.

They are many of us out there that are ready and willing to protect our loved ones from Big Government and Big Pharma.

Don't Tread On Me, It's a Warning not to be taken lightly.

Our Forefathers fought and won a revolution for much less.

A decision like this strikes at the very heart of freedom. Every man, woman and child in this republic have a right to be secure in their person. This is just one more nail in the coffin of liberty. I can't see this happening. There's no way they could force anyone to have it, unless they send armed troops round to ever individuals house! And if that happens your gun laws might just come in handy

I remember last year when the UK government send out flyers to every home asking people to go and get the swine/bird flu jab (can't remember which - both massively overblown crap to earn the pharmaceutical companies billions), something like 5% of the population actually went and got it done.

This is just more government wishful thinking that they can get the population to do whatever they want... how they wrong they are!

In your last response to me, you repeatedly asked me for sources for my statements that the swine flu vaccine is harmful to human health and has caused deaths and serious diseases in people. I ASSUMED you would have already been well aware of these issues since you claimed to be involved with the medical industry! You also ask for sources for my statement that many health professionals are advising against the vaccine. Again I am stunned at your ignorance, if you are REALLY a health care professional, and not just a professional internet salesman for very bad ideas.

Swine flu jab link to killer nerve disease: Leaked letter reveals concern of neurologists over 25 deaths in America

A warning that the new swine flu jab is linked to a deadly nerve disease has been sent by the Government to senior neurologists in a confidential letter.

The letter from the Health Protection Agency, the official body that oversees public health, has been leaked to The Mail on Sunday, leading to demands to know why the information has not been given to the public before the vaccination of millions of people, including children, begins.

It tells the neurologists that they must be alert for an increase in a brain disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be triggered by the vaccine.

GBS attacks the lining of the nerves, causing paralysis and inability to breathe, and can be fatal.

* More people died from the vaccination than from swine flu.
* 500 cases of GBS were detected.
* The vaccine may have increased the risk of contracting GBS by eight times.

* The US Government was forced to pay out millions of dollars to those affected.

Concerns have already been raised that the new vaccine has not been sufficiently tested and that the effects, especially on children, are unknown.

Well read it and cry, or get over yourself, because you are sadly mistaken. I remember this kind of talk last year. The word "quarantine" here is all too familiar now that I see it again. Countries including Britain, Greece, France and Sweden plan to start using it as soon as it is cleared.

The Department of Health said it was "extremely irresponsible" to suggest Britain would use an unsafe vaccine. A spokesman said: "Over 40,000 doses of the vaccine which the swine flu vaccines are based on have been given without any safety concerns."

They could never enforce this. I agree with the other posters that i'd be in a cell with you. Although I don't think i'd even make it to a cell, they can force you if you're in a cell. They'd have to get ahold of me first.

Martial law will be next inline to play out for those who choose to disagree with vaccines. I for one do not like the idea of Martial law being enforced but it's not rocket-science to actually imagine that it is posiible as if like you said you'd make a stand which millions world-wide should then the President would in no hesitation state a declare of state emergency and declare Martial law.
