Seems like lots of cement fell on the hydrate and oil leaks below. I wonder if it stopped them but then again we would still have the seafloor leaks nearby

Here are some videos of Skandi Neptune I just happened to come
across by accident...some times the feeds will appear to be off & 99% of the time, they are off
however I occasionally I click on the camera to check & rarely I will find something.

The thing is leaking directly from the oil/hydrates resivour now they have screwed it up and not only is the casing vent erupting but they have created smaller eruption vents around it.
It won't be long now until it starts erupting like it's predecesser

God bless you BP I guess they are "finishing up"....I suspect they will pick up and bug out soon (as far as we will know)....they are drilling again, but they want it to appear as if they are respectfully leaving.

Long video....but worth watching....after cementing the well....they drilled back in and broke the pipe....leak leak leak

At last something to remember them by although the significant hydrates coming out in small plumes looks like the movies where the part just before the credits make some think is there going to be a sequel.
In this case if this was a movie someone might say
"Is there going to be a "Deepwater Horizon 2" Methane apocalypse"

Because the methane eruption rate is growing fast and now there are two large vents one of which wasn't there yesterday.


On the third video "ROFLMAO!!!"(rolling on floor laughing my a.. off).
Wonder if he was caught.

yep....that dude represents BP well huh? That seems to be thier attitude alright!...the bubbles scare the hell out of me....no feeds of it all day today...

Finally figured out Skandi Neptune...Subsea 7 location is Caesar Tonga GOM...

Skat, I managed to have a look at the video. Yeah the drill pipe broke at the joint. The threads gone and the drill pipes bent. They must be crazy to try to drill or even use the drill string without the riser. At that length, it is easy for any of the joints to bend and break as what had happened. It must have been sheer desperation to act like novices.

Indeed.....just watching it was painful LOL! After it broke.....they zoomed in on the pipe, and it had all these fibers sticking out....they just stared at it forever, like....."Did WE do THAT??"
