USGS link.

RSOE EDIS says it is a 6.2 quake. No tsunami warning as far as I can tell. It also looks like RSOE has not had time to analyse the depth of the quake yet, as it is set on a standard depth. USGS though says it's over 21 miles deep. RSOE link.

Looks like a good sized quake for the area, not that this size is uncommon there.

Edit to change magnitude to reflect USGS update.

Well for now here is a twitter feed.

I'm looking for news now. I haven't found any damage reports...yet.

CNN has a headline up about it but I'm not gonna link to a 1 sentence headline.
Yahoo

Figures, here is a story about it. I'm reading it now.

They keep changing it.

When it first popped up it was 7.1, then 6.1, now it's 6.7. That's a big difference, not just a minor revision.

Are you saying you seen USGS downgrade it to a 6.1 at one time?

Different services will report different numbers, due to the location and number of the sensors they have placed around the area the quake happened.
