Yep...

tarballs have been showing up prior to the crude...

Though I don't think I'd trust the water at this point...

Yea I pulled the boat to the Panama City region last Saturday to go fly fishing. Water was beautiful and the fishing was on fire. We hooked and jumped five Tarpon bringing one to the boat. I was hoping to get one last trip in this weekend but I'm afraid that could have been my last....
