I can live with a temporary law such as this. I'm definitely not OK with the "has secretly passed" part of this equation, just as I'm definitely not OK with the secretly spending $1B on this thing. Completely un-democratic. Nice work McGuinty.

That is just mindboggling.

How do they expect us to comply with a law that was secretly passed and no one was told about?

I am not okay with a temporary law such as this.
