TPTB thought they could keep the economy running for ever but they can't. Fresh water is running out, the oceans are about fished out, more animals are extinct and we are running low on natural resources.

Slave labor would make sense in rebuilding.
They will have no need for the old, the sick, the crippled,the rebelious,or even those with knowledge and especially the fat and ulgy, not when their building a utopia. With what money you say ? They already own and control all the gold, silver and oil, so they have a base for a new monitary system, and they will own and control the slave labor market. What more could they want or need ? And as for the cops and the military they already have a paid armys like blackwater, UN troops and NATO forces are just window dressing for the rest of the world.

NWO or Global Strategic Project?
Over the past several years, the New World Order has become the "buzzword", not only for conspiracy theorists, but also in other venues/groups. When one does a web search for New World Order, there is a plethera of websites available to surf. However, all of these sites simply take us around in circles; we may become more informed on a particular issue, but ultimately these are sites maintained by like-minded individuals.

We know that George Bush, Sr. used the term "New World Order" in a speech back in the early 90's - but what is really taking place on a global level? How do we see the "big picture"? How do we determine where we are within it's implementation? We find ourselves working puzzles, piecing together individual news articles and reports, studies and "regime changes". And WHO is doing this? Is it the U.N., the WHO, corporations, an Elite few - who exactly is the "enemy" here? Even our individual opinions and belief system structures differ in answering the last question - maintaining our division rather than allowing our alliance to "fight" it as a powerful whole.

It dawned on me one day, that we could be researching using the wrong terminology. You see, WE call it NWO - but those who are actually involved in it's implementation call it something entirely different. Harmonization is one term - but that doesn't even encompass the "whole" of it. Harmonization mostly refers to developing "standards" for telecommunication, IT, media, etc. for cross-usage between countries.

In my quest, I came upon a website including a section dedicated to outlining The Global Strategic Project; a very interesting "read". It's more of an outline - a manual - based upon 30 years of data; submitted and collected by the Union of International Associations from 1975 - present. But it's LOADED with information - information about us; humans.

On the surface, this organization is effecting change in third world countries - admirable work. But at a deeper level, one discovers that we have been and are guinea pigs; our behavior patterns studied and noted. After all, if a global power is to be implemented - how will all the people, the regular "Joe", like you and me - be persuaded to embrace this shift? It represents a shift in economics, government, religion, overall hierarchal structure and more importantly, a shift in consciousness. So you ask, "What else is new?".

Here are some links for you to reference, should you choose to dive down the REAL rabbit hole of the New World Order. They know how we think, behave and respond to crisis situations - therefore they know how we can be manipulated into actually effecting this change. In order to decide what we will and will not accept in the future - going forward - this is a must read, IMO. It's hidden right in plain sight for us to read...we just have to know what to research.

Alot of the articles have been written by Anthony Judge who's been involved with the UIA since the 60's. His site is www.laetusinpraesens.org - click on the articles section if you wish to read his work. A lot of the human behavior information included in this "guide to creating a global alliance" is the work of Magoroh Maruyama, who has extensively studied (human behavior) patterns of cognition, perception, conceptualization, design, planning and decision processes (1974, 1977, 1978, 1980). In doing so, he characterizes humans into 4 primary "mindscapes".

One of the most challenging processes to overcome in creating this global alliance - or to implement on a global scale- is how to bring together the world's religions. I believe we can see how that is being set into motion at this time; blur the lines between religion and government, discredit religious by exposing sexual misconduct and effect a total breakdown in religious structure. Look for a New saviour to present him/herSelf in the near future. So, what else is new - you ask again. Here is an excerpt from the section Collective strategy-making: designing a strategic array (don't let the "verbage" intimidate you):

The following note describes the pattern of collective research used at the Ecumenical Institute (Chicago) leading up to and including its 1972 Research Assembly. Perhaps without precedent, it involved the direct participation of 750 people in a collective learning-research process covering the social dynamics of the economic, political and cultural arenas and their interrelationships.

The result of the exercise (summarized in point 1 below) was "the practical vision necessary for a global revolution" formulated in terms of 385 proposals (77 x 5) for social renewal.....This work gave rise to "a tactical system composed of 5,000 direct tactics strategically organized to execute the 77 proposals and seven pressure points with their 875 tactics which are organized for indirect impact on the social process"....It provided the groundwork for a unique 20-year experiment in community development world-wide which had its original learnings in the slums of Chicago.

The seven Master Tactical Components of the New Social Vehicle are:

The false images of humanness that maintain the current social fabric and its injustices have been named. Their power is formidable in that they effect the total population of the globe. In practical terms this means the movement must act globally as well as imaginally. The basic task is to enable every person to "go through the wall" whether it be through popular preaching, songs, rituals, courses or signal demonstrations.

The concrete deed is thus a spirit happening, brought about sociologically. It will be done through the Local Church Experiment as the practical embodiment of the wisdom of the movement. It will also be done directly in the world through 5th City (Chicago) community reformulation in strategically located signal demonstration projects. Within this site is a lot of information - even explaining how controlled destruction of a countries' economy can be effected, and how in turn, human response is to embrace the "experts" to come in and fix it - even if it means giving up our very lively hood to do so. We can see how the event of and events after 9/11 were used to create a major shift. We know this - yet it's all separate, puzzle pieces. It's ALL here within these pages and guidelines - the BIG picture.

Tip: Think hard before you fill out that next "survey" in exchange for great coupons and discounts, participate in that media "poll", or research study. The data is gathered to validate our behavior patterns so it can be determined how much we'll pay for staples such as gasoline, sugar, coffee, etc. - how we behave in crisis situations, how we think collectively, in mass, our buying habits etc. The bottom line is that this is added to the data base - of human potential - in order to determine how best to manipulate us.

I also urge you to break free of the "traps". Our own zeal to inform others, create websites full of NWO information, focus on one or two aspects (such as the economy, politics, media participation, masons, supplement regulation, etc.) and the like, has been twisted around to entrap us from seeing the big picture. There is even an article on entrapment, and also an article on polarization (the abortion issue, or gay marriage, etc.) - how to pit neighbor against neighbor, family member against family member. No one from any country at this time is exempt from the effects of this.

I mean to offend no one. I simply post this as a point of reference for those that care to research this and make others aware.

The irony is that the research and data on human potential and behavior included in this site indicates that the majority of us will choose to do nothing and that in doing nothing, we are actually doing something, even if it's making the decision to look away.

I ask you to direct your research in this more productive and enlightening direction - before it's too late. We need to get up to speed - so we can truly see what's happening and what's coming - no surprises. Even if it's been set into motion, it would seem to me that if our collective behavior patterns "changed" from the predictable - it would cut it off at the knees.

If things got really bad I'd wear my ATS t-shirt everyday in hopes of running into some of you nutcases so we could ban together.

That depends on the urgency. I would say any scenario is possible from water drought to a disaster, oilspill? earthquake? volcano? then if all else fails, provoke one of the many other ways that they have used for long enough, racism, religion or personal status or class. In all seriousness I'd write ATS on any shirt I wore. If the shtf I'd look for other ATSers. They might be odd BUT we would still have some type of common bond. Plus there are some real brains here.

It is also important when looking at the current deployments of United States air power to note the differences in capability between the current USAF and when the "Shock & Awe" phase of the war in Iraq was going on.

The USAF has retired the F-117 Nighthawk, severely reducing the stealthy strike bombing capabilities of their force. While the F-22 Raptor can carry out strike bombing to a point, the Raptor lacks the ability to use the Paveway III bunker-buster, and only carries a total of 2,000 lbs. of bombs. Of those only the JDAM and GBU-39 are precision. This allows the Raptor to be used only as a light bomber, and would require that F-15E Strike Eagles would be used for strike bombing. The Strike Eagle, in bomber configuration requires escort fighters before the establishment of air-superiority and the elimination of SAM batteries by Wild Weasel F-16 Falcons "Vipers" first.

Couple that with all of the attending transports, tankers, AWACS and other support squadrons needed to field this fleet and you see how the lack of deployment of the current USAF eliminates their ability to fully engage Iran within the next week or month.

They will be winnowing; separating the "wheat" from the "tares".
They will be cherry picking those who have strong backs or talents that are useful. They will be deciding who they will keep and who they won't.

Then, the ones they want to keep will be sent to "farms". There's more, but that's all for now on that.

People will not be taxed in the way they have been during the past. Once you pledge loyalty to the new system, your "taxes" will be commuted to community services. Where, incidently, doctors will be "paid" the same hourly consideration as a ditch digger.

Moving people to FEMA camps seems like a logistical nightmare to me.

How do you move most of the people to these camps?

How do you feed them once they are there?

What do you do for sewage treatment?

Who would be producing more food?

Who would be transporting this food to the camps?

Why would US citizens serve as guards?

The body count will be greater than a survivor count.
The camps will be available for the converts.
Why waste your resources on useless eaters?
And you better have a usable skill.
Not many can live off the land, and you cant learn it in a 3 day period.
It will smell from the dead.

I thing there is another possibility. a big cull. when they have every thing they need. like china storing a lot of metals. they will go in to some big bunkers they have been building for 50 years. with every thing they need. including slaves. and wait out the big cull. witch would be the poisoning of all life on the earths surface. it would not take long. after 10 years send out the slaves to clean up. this is no more far fetch than the others. every one they take with them has been well chosen over many years. not last minute riots. one day we will all start dieing.

I've thought about this a lot. I think you're very close to what will happen, and here's my take on it:

10 steps to slavery

1. Huge war in the Middle East, on multiple fronts, possibly involving nuclear weapons and the movement of all available American military personnel to the region.

2. Numerous "natural" and man-made disasters will take place, over time, all across the country to cause food shortages and incredibly high oil prices. Of course the people will look to the almighty government to fix the problem. The government will trade food for privacy and freedom.

3. "Terrorist" acts, which will be blamed on "anti-government" militias, will have people demanding protection and cause the creation of a slew of draconian laws "for your protection". Along with this, SWAT teams employed to perform raids on militia camps and individual members for gun confiscation along with a free ticket to a FEMA camp for the whole family. Non-militia member deemed to be a threat will be accused of being members as an excuse to get them under control. Then, all local police will be relieved of their duties, weapons confiscated, and replaced by U.N. troops.

4. Obama will get his "Internet kill switch". There will be a false flag "cyber-attack", giving TPTB an excuse to use it to stop the truth from getting out and destroying any chance of any major organized resistance.

5. Complete economic collapse. The dollar will be just about worthless. Millions will lose their jobs and use up their savings to survive. Grocery stores will be forced to close, as will banks. Very few will be able to stay in their homes and the government will offer emergency "public housing" (FEMA camps). Of course no one who goes to one of these places will be allowed to bring possessions. While in the camps, their homes will be plundered by government agents and people just trying to survive.

6. Mass riots and martial law. U.N. troops visible on every major street with "shoot to kill" orders. Dead Americans in the streets will become the norm. All elections will be cancelled. If the elections have taken place before this, they will be declared null and void.

7. All remaining out of the FEMA camps by this time will be the wealthy, who will have fled the country, and dissenters. Guerrilla warfare will be taking place in all the major cities. Hidden food and ammunition stores will be confiscated on a daily basis. Foreign gangs or organized criminals (such as the Mexican drug cartels) will go into the black market arms business.

8. During this distraction the U.S. will be disassembled and replaced by a "Union", which will include all of North America, the UK, and the EU. They will all be obligated to join WWIII with Israel, ensuring the defeat and destruction of the "rogue" Middle Eastern countries.

9. The NWO will be one step away from total world domination and easily defeat any country not willing to join the "coalition".

10. Anyone outside the FEMA camps will be hunted down and arrested, and gradually people will be chipped and then allowed to go back to work, every job being a government job. 100% of your pay will go to the government in exchange for public transportation, public housing, rationed food, clothing, and "re-education".

It won't happen exactly like this, but I think this is very, very close to the what our future will be like.

There are a couple of flaws in knowledge with your theories:

First, the idea of a "suitcase nuke" while terrifying, is a lot less of a threat than most people believe it to be. There is quite a trade-off with explosive yield and size in thermonuclear weapons (which are the only kind that can be miniaturized.) To make a weapon small enough to fit in a suitcase, or similarly a footlocker, the explosive size of the bomb has to be similarly reduced. A bomb of that size can only take out at best a few blocks. This would be enough to give a serious terrorist attack but not the kind of thing that could cause mass-panic that would be needed.

Secondly, while yes the United States does cross-train with allied forces in-country, the United Nations has no army. I've mentioned this many, many times before and nobody seems to want to let go of the UN-Army myth. All UN peacekeeping mission forces are volunteered from member nation's military forces. The nation that gives the most to this is Bangladesh.

Finally, red mercury is fiction. It was probably coined by the Russians to cover for some other material they were developing. My money is that it's part of their nanotechnology program that has been hinted at seriously by Prime Minister Putin for the last few years. The IAEA in 2004 came to the conclusion that red mercury doesn't exist though, and should not be taken seriously as a terrorist tool.
