I'm not sure what it is but here's my analysis logic:

Look at this picture:

See how there's an inverted reflection and then an upright reflection above that? And the reflected images are somewhat distorted?

I see a similar lack of symmetry and distortion in what appear to be reflections in the China image.

But I don't think it's from an island like that, I think it's from a hilltop, more like the two "UFOs" in the upper left of this image:

This photo was published in the January 8, 2005 edition of the Mexican newspaper El Imparcial.

If you had a lower perspective than that image was taken from you might even see the UFO in midair without seeing what it's a reflection of. We are fortunate this image shows the source of the reflection, unlike the China photo (unless it was there and they cropped it out). So this would be my guess, but again I'm not really sure. I can't rule out a cloud, but it doesn't really look like a cloud, or a spacecraft, airplane, etc.

Thats not possible, a drop of water looks different and will be out of focus.
