Now this puts it into perspective. All the gray is oil. Does all that eventually just wash to shore? Makes the words "clean up" seem futile.

Wow! Now that's some perspective! What the hell is it gonna look like by August? Are they still planning the "relief" wells? This view gives more credence to an evacuation, imo. Thanks for the post, as disenchanting as it is.

This is just insane!

I wonder if NASA has a day by day oil satellite view? It wold be interesting to see a GIF image of it.

This spill reminds me of the Simpsons movie for some reason...
