Mexico also says it has a legitimate interest in defending its citizens' rights and that the law would lead to racial profiling.

B. S. Mexico only cares about their Drug Cartels and the Spaniard Elitist that run the Country.
Illegals are necessary cannon fodder, They keep us busy and they drain our resources and our economy.

You really don't want to hear my thoughts on this, But guess what, you're going too.

We have the best satellite surveillance in the word, We know where the druggies are hiding. Take'em out, every last mothers son of them.
Burn their homes and their crops, next the Elites and their so called Government, crush them, they can leave or become workers.

Workers you ask? YES.
Annex Mexico, now it's South of South California. Turn that state in to our own sweat shop. Manufacture clothes, rugs, jewelry or what ever.
Take control of their oil and all other natural resources.
I think with in 5 years we could pay off our dept to China.

I told you not to ask me.

Um Mister china dude.....

I appreciate your Communist party views being expressed in the Freedom America grants you but if I were you I'd worry about there being no women in china to work in the Communist sweat caps because Chinese people are starting to develop a real bad attitude from never getting any pootytang.

Just a thought.

That was Righteous, I'm still LMAO.
Put I'm not Chinese, my wife is and was a hard core Communist for most of her life. Sweat Shops, mean nothing to them, work is work and if their paid, their glad to have it.
That was just Priceless. Funny as all hell.
My wife is very upset though about the Mexican Government thinking it has a say in America.
Like she has stated in the past, In China, Illegals are Organ Donors.
Drug Dealers, 45 minutes in a Peoples Court and Guilty, escorted to the court yard and one bullet to the head, the same with Pedophiles.
Izarith, I had to star ya man, usually you and i don't see eye to eye, but that was funny

Thanks.....I am a funny guy aren't I.

But I'd say your wife's, Former?, communist views are starting to rub off on you just a tad because the only things that stops drugs is Good parenting, radical Islam and communism.

Carpet bombing Mexico will not stop drugs from entering the US, the US despite it being china's unit sucker, is still largely dependant on Drugs being part of their economy. The CIA sure as hell would find some other means of getting crack to children.

Mexico asks court to reject Ariz. immigration law

www.huffingtonpost.com

Mexico on Tuesday asked a federal court in Arizona to declare the state's new immigration law unconstitutional, arguing that the country's own interests and it's citizens rights are at stake.
(visit the link for the full news article)

In my opinion Mexico should stay out of this. This is one of the reasons I dislike politics, because it is based on opinion not science.

But who is Mexico to interpret the USA constitution....?

Seems like just another way to get this law bad press.

Just my thoughts!

Mexico and the US are working closer together today more than at any other time in our history. Yet no one is asking why.

Yes isn't it a shame, most can't see what's right in front of their faces. Our corrupt money grubbing politicians are stealing our country out from under us, nullifying our rights as they do so, treasonous bastards

Hate to use her as an example but it's true what Judge Judy says, and that is, (and I quote): " If it doesn't make sense, it's a lie."

If you in the USA would just look at the laws on the books in Mexico, you would have a serious wake-up call.

You need a quid-pro-quo for Mexican laws affecting USA citizens in Mexico by mirroring exactly the same kind of laws concerning Mexicans in the USA.

Can I say it more plainly? The Mexicans would never dream of allowing this sort of thing in their own territory with regard to USAmericans. So what is good for the goose, is good for the gander.

Full reciprocity of laws on the books is the best way forward for Mexico, USA, and Canada.

Yes, I remember seeing some news on an alternative station about what the govt. was doing to it's people down in Chiapas (spelling?). Wasn't just talk either, had plenty of video on it. Burned the crops as I recall and forced them off thier land. Funny thing I never saw all that on any main stream news stations here. Go figure....

Yeah!!! We need Judge Judy to BE the Judge, because of the Oil problems. Why doesn't Obama-care for the drug problem already IN the U.S? People are dieing! People are "becoming a slave" to the drugs that they use, and those people steal items, break'an enter into homes.... just to get their fix! Yep! They are a slave for the drugs and druggies! And most to ALL drugs are from Mexico. Isn't HomeLandSecurity, CIA, FBI and who ever else is getting paid to defend and help keep the citizens safe... where are they? Why aren't they doing anything about the illegals entering into the U.S full of drugs and weapons. There IS a real problem in U.S today, and none of those "tptb- and other goverment agents" aren't doing a thing!

Pres. Clinton signed the NAFTA treaty and opened the door for all countries to complain. Your beef is with Clinton and any president that stands beside NAFTA.

It's my personal opinion and I may be wrong but I believe they know how to get Americans to buy into thier bs and keep stringing them along, giving them tid-bits of hope here and there. Just enough to keep the game going and knowing all along Americans have been pacified and will not raise up and bite the serpents head off like it would have back in the 18th century. Keep telling them to use the (corrupt) system to vote and make changes. They have had a long time to observe history and got good at the game. The Govt. has never stopped playing from thier side of the net but there's not much activity on the citizens side. Time we call foul and take back the ball.

I agree with you totally here. A good amount of the posters on this board sure do play into the game that the government has setup for them. The bottomline to this all is our hate and anger are being directed at the wrong people and it makes sense as it's always easier to pick on and talk trash to the weaker opponent.

This is nothing but an end around the 11th Amendment. States cannot be sued by a foreign government. The suit would have to be taken up with the Fed, which is what seems is happening here.

But the US has a fairly solid precedent of ignoring such requests for lawsuits.

I fully expect that Obama will pressure the Justice Dept to pursue this. If that happens, the action will be yet another example of what i consider to be treasonous behavior on the part of this POTUS.

I'm sure some judge is going to say that NAFTA is International and knows no bounderies. That Arizona is interferring with international law and trade. Could be wrong, but just a feeling.

Definately a dog and pony show. Thanks for explaining.

And yes today I'm still
about this. It's just getting worse with this talk about amnesty too.

Decide by national public referendum or not at all!

Even the Arizona Bill is all part of the Dog and Pony show.

The Arizona Bill really does nothing beyond what the state could have done before the bill.

When ever you see a dog and pony show it's usually because they have some solution for the problem they have just created in the pony show.

Your government is pushing for Amnesty. I have been saying this since the first Arizona bill thread on ATS.

You guys have to understand the the government does not want to keep illegals out, it wants to keep them in and keep them coming.

Why do you think Mexico is such a nightmare in the media? When even by your own governments statistics Mexico is still safer for Americans than some cities in America. 98% or all the cartel deaths are cartel member related....have you ever heard of such a group of thugs keep things so clean despite a full out war? Hell even the US military with all it's technology can't keep those stats.

There has definitely always been corruption in the Mexican Government, The old PRI was bad but never before has the Mexican Government joined forces with the American government in corruption.....both countries now have a serious problem

War needs to be declared on Mexico immediately.

It will never happen, but that is exactly what needs to be done.

Mexico poses a bigger threat to the U.S. than any pretend terrorist ever could.
