American over here...

I see the UK drowning in the same fiscal nonsense that has consumed California and likely will consume the USA in the near future: Entitlement Spending and socialist ideals. Things like universal tax payer funded health care are what cripple national economies, not ownership of buildings and investments in infrastructure. Furthermore, bowing down and kissing the feet of the European Union has taken away the crutches from the cripple, in effect.

End the entitlements, end the spending on big brother nanny state crap, and sever ties with the EU and watch the UK return to prosperity... at least that's my opinion.
