I've noticed several stories now that strike me as unusual elements of the propaganda machine.

Perhaps The Pretenders That Be are getting ahead of some of the expected fallout to come when Julian Assange releases those classified cables.

Paying off the Enemy...nice: edition.cnn.com...

Trillion dollar mineral deposit in Afghanistan...wow, how fortuitous!: www.nytimes.com...

Brits apologize for Bloody Sunday...wow, a govt apology? for real?: www.nytimes.com...

If anyone else notices some strange confessions, post them up.

Peace, Love, and Truth to all,

Namaste.

wow
I was noticing the exact same thing a few
minutes ago trying to put 2 & 2 together
and was getting ready to post this exact
thread but you beat me to it.

Let's not also forget Obama's staff
jumping ship:

Emmanuel and Orszag (Budget Office)
maybe scandals on both

It has been known for years now that US contractors were paying off war-lords for safe passage. That's nothing new. Also, I doubt these stories are "just-in case" wikileaks doesn't air them out first. That just seems like a stretch to me. I'm not saying that it isn't, only that it wouldn't seem so. How could that benefit TPTB?

I like the connection, its possible.

No harm in keeping an eye on it.

They may feel their due diligence looks better done now rather than when / if the proof comes out.

Good chance the Gen. McChrystal removal ties in with this theory.
