BP was told of oil safety fault 'weeks before blast'

So it would seem that BP was well aware of safety concerns weeks before the original event on the rig but chose not to react!

I know this is something that's been suggested elsewhere on this board but here it is in the MSM

I really don't see how BP can come through this intact, the evidence showing their incompetance and disregard for safety is mounting and i feel this will be the end for them.

Absolutley shocking behaviour!
