Explanation: In this Neo-Moralistic Politically Correct world we live in, it has become quite apparent that being alive is inherently dangerous to oneself and also to others and I therefor propose that all living things be outlawed and ruthlessly eliminated as quickly as possible.

P.S. If you don't enforce a zero tolerance policy on any and all risk, are you really being serious about safety and security???
