I have heard of things like that happening before

maby time is what you make it

I'd say the first one could be true, The other two you have no descriptions what so ever, just a plane crash. Then the next day there happened to be a plane crash in the newspaper. I'm wondering about the first one, you might have something there, if you did infact know specifically which flight it was, but lemme ask, do you ever dream about crashes and then find that there isn't one?

well i haven't posted in a while, been having problems with it. but my best ability would be the ability to manipulate energy to certain degree, but only when i am in the right mood

My questions to the board are:
1) Do you think this a relatively new phenomenon, or have there been throughout history reports of people having extraordinary abilities like the ones I described?

A: Psychic abilities have been described for hundreds of years...but evolution can take millions... I don't think it's new. Just look at Jesus, Rasputin, some of the Biblical prophets, etc.

2) If this is not a new phenomenon, would you say that there seems to be a sharp increase in the amount of people who can do this in the modern era, or even in the last 25 years?

A: No, but with the world becoming smaller (through things like TV and the internet), we're able to learn about others and it becomes more reported.

3) Does the Powers That Be take this seriously at all? I know that in Russia & China there have been extensive studies & training of these people. Why not in the West? Or is it going on and we don't know it?

A: The CIA also routinely employs Remote Viewers and Psychometrists (those who read objects) and has studied it at least as much as Russia... Look to our own interview with Dan Sherman...

4) Should people with these abilities stick together & form online/realtime support groups/communities, or is it better to remain scattered & not attract attention? Or should people with these abilities be "outing" themselves on public boards at all? Or am I being paranoid? Or am I not being paranoid?

A: Nobody has publicly manifested anything powerful enough to be deemed a threat, or even much worthy of study from the government, at least at a big level, so I wouldn't worry about it... I can affect street lights (at least certain ones) with a 100% efficiency (fun party trick), stop watches, singe a piece of paper (after about a half hour), and know when someone is about to call me, as well as move a paper clip (after about an hour), but I hardly see them finding a military use for any of those, hehe....so I'm not too worried... I'd love to meet others besides my wife and I (we sometimes play games with the street lights, one turns them on, the other turning it off, etc.) but it'd have to real life, so that I could prove it to a nonbeliever...

Cassie Clay- about the dreams. Can you tell the difrence between a 'premonition' and a regular dream? I too have 'foretelling' dreams on occation and they 'feel' diffrent to me. Nothing like your plane dreams though. Mostly just personal things.

Do you have any other 'gifts'? Why I ask is if one relates to the other. Two diffrent psychics once told me that I am a very strong 'chaneller'. At the time I just laughed, but now, after a few experiences I know what they mean.

My predictive dreams are usually very straightforward, lacking most of the bizarre elements of a usual dream--these dreams are very plausible & almost seem like a window into a future event. In contrast, my regular dreams are more bizarre & disjointed. Sometimes I will have a predictive dream that is heavily coded in symbollism--those are usually the more disturbing ones, and I think this is a defense mechanism.

I also find that my most predictive dreams come when I have PMS--I have no idea why this is, but that's what happens.

I think that if you have one "ability," it is very likely that you could have another--that you have an all-around predisposition to such things.

I think that the "channeling" you mentioned sounds like an interesting ability, and with development you could get really good at it. But stay grounded & read a lot about the subject--techniques & pitfalls to avoid--so you'll be safe.

I have proposed at least a thousand time to make a 100% free research and welfare group about ESP and Psi-Abilities. I've proposed this because of several really bed experiences I had with uncontrolled ESP's.

I never found a lot of people interested in, or they was interested by money (Like the psionics, the Psi-Tech...etc...).

I also took a look at the websurfer website... It sounds good to me, even if some articles are far from my ESP approach : I'm trying to have an approach of Psi-Abilities 100% without any references to magickal or withcraft things.

It is interesting but took a long time to 'get used to'. It was quite active when I was a teen and because of that I had a terrible time sleeping. Scary thing is I am quite 'good' at it. I am quite fearful, flat out scared really of developing it any further. I have learned to control it for the most part- took quite a few years in fact, but it's hard to find someone to help me with it. (I am extreemly private about it) One day I know I will find the 'teacher' I need.

well i dont like considering myself a super-powered person, and i dont like to talk about it but i have a "super-power"
if a demon or evil spirit is near by i begin to feel a burning pain.
if there was a demon on my left then my left side begins to burn and the closer to the demon the more it burns.The way i know its demons is one time me and a friend went out and as soon as i felt a strong burn then he would take pictures and the pictures turned out full of demons.
i dedicated my life to demon hunting and studing after that day.
trust me im not some 12 year old kid who is looking for attention but speaking the truth, "super-powers" are real but uncommon.

I don't know if this is physical, or mental. I'm 16 years old, last year at this exact date I was in my bed, asleep, and felt a sharp pain shoot throught m body, I turned over instinctively and saw my clock. It was 11:11. I've truely never seen that time before. I went into my bathroom; I was red, like I had been sunburned, but I wasn't. I went back to bed in pain. In the morning I seemed fine. ------ I have always been able to get up on my roof without a ladder. It really doesn't seem possible on my house. Just by grabbing the cracks and trim. I go up there when I'm mad or need to be alone. The next night I was rolling into my driveway on my bike, and my brother and his friend jumped out from behind the cars and scared me. I felt the same pain right before it happened. I jumped got off my bike, jumped, and then landed behind them. Then I jumped onto the roof-25 feet high. I was then mad once I new it was them. I jumped off of my roof, doing a long backflip, and grabbed the aspen trees in the front of my house. It bent down and I was launched into the air at least 50 feet. By the time I was on the ground they were gone. They did not see any of it.
When I tried jumping off my roof again on a normal day and it hurt! Unlike the last time. I don't know if this is physical or mental, maybe both. I've been seeing 11:11 on my clock every night and other places. Strange connections everywhere. I think I have a connection to and alternate reality. I live in a ski resort with a pop. of 7,000. I don't know what to do. My friends are scared to make me mad. I have amazing physical abilities when in need of them! HELP! It hurts my head to think!!!

Someone wanted to throw a rock at me,I dident know why but I wanted to turn around,then I saw the rock in slowmotion.I could just avoid it.
conclusion:If jou are in danger jou can see everything in slowmotion.(at least I think)

Same here. My eyes open VERY wide and everything around me slows down.

It happens when I am 'IN THE ZONE' when playing football/soccer too. It doesn't happen all the time but when I am playing sometimes I find my mind goes blank, my eyes open wide and I can see things before they happen. As soon as I realise I am doing this my brain tries to take over and I fall out of the zone straight away.

But about the turning araund.I just felt a kind of energy.

I have a friend who got really really upset one day and in a fit of anger decided to punch a hole through his stainless steel kitchen sink.

His fist was sore for about 2-3 weeks, but damn....that kitchen sink learnt a lesson. Never be around mah friend when he's in a fit of RAGE ;P

Yeah sorry I got lost with that last post. Someone threw an apple at me and the same happened. Did you feel like something was breaking your personal energy space? to me it was almost like I could hear the object as well as feel it heading in my direction. Infact its happened a few times, but other times when there has been near misses I never picked anything up. Only when its going to hit me.

I think all Humans have a built in warning system for danger, but as usual more are in tune with it then others.

does that make sense

Ever since I did salvia, I have been able to see everything in pixels (I can do a lot with seeing patterns in it as well), but I can easily change it back to the normal state of seeing solid images, anybody know what this is all about??
