NWO Card Game Revisited: NEW FINDINGS-Whole Card Set is HERE this time

Where do I begin? I guess for space-saving, I’ll begin with the cards. The NWO cards were released in 1995 by Steve Jackson Games, an Austin company which in 1990 was RAIDED by the U.S. Secret Service (due to another one of their games) and was the subject of a court case in 1994-see below:

I stumbled upon the story of the NWO Trading Cards back in 2005, in a thread online about 9-11, and had read a little here and there about them, but never really went too in-depth with it. I remember them always giving me an uneasy feeling though. I showed them to a few friends who had the exact response, so initially I had wanted to purchase the set to see what they were all about. From my point of view, they were something to keep my eyes on, but nothing else.

It gets me to thinking about the other cards, and what they might show. So after many hours of searching, and crossing my list off one by one, I have found the (almost) COMPLETE (I’m missing 3 or 4) card set. I present it to you here along with my thoughts.
Before I go further, let me be clear: I do not want to sway anyone’s opinion about the cards, in fact, I want to try and get other ideas or theories on the cards. All I can do is give MY opinions and present facts, gathered with a few hours worth of research. So I’ll begin with the first of many strange cards:

Albino Alligator is a 1996 film directed by Kevin Spacey in his directorial debut. It stars Matt Dillon, Gary Sinise and William Fichtner as three small-time criminals who take hostages when they are cornered by the police. The title of the film refers to the way that alligators will use an albino among them as a sacrifice, in order to secure their real prey.

The AL GORE card. This one was funny, depicting him as a harmless tree-hugger but also maybe saying “He’s ok, he’s one of us”. Again, maybe nothing.. maybe something..

I really don’t know what to think about this card. It is very strange, it looks like something I’ve SEEN before, if that makes sense..

The recently infamous “backlash” card. This one’s just plain weird, on too many levels to go into. Look at the title of the article below.. Try not to get chills.

In alphabetical order, two cards down, is the above bank merger card. Below is a recent article on the ongoing RECENT mergers. Remember, this guy released the cards in 1995.

Another strange one. Big business represented by nuclear power plants? Don’t know about that one. Oh yeah by the way, it gets WEIRDER.

Bill Clinton has a collar around him, giving what looks like a THUMBS UP, maybe saying “I’m with you,it’s all OK”. This was years before the Lewinski scandal, by the way.

Right AFTER the Clinton card is this one. I might be grasping at nothing here, but doesn’t she look like an intern? A secretary? This card game was released BEFORE any of the Lewinski stuff happened. See here: en.wikipedia.org...

This one doesn’t make much sense. But when you look closely, just read the first lines of the wording of the card. A trigger maybe?

This one’s pretty weird for the fact that Comet Hale Bopp has really nothing to do with Illuminati issues. Or does it? This one’s left to you all to figure out, but I am stumped as to why it would be here.

I am sure you all have seen this one, it was one of the cards featured on the original 9-11 article. It supposedly represents the London Bombings after 9/11, maybe saying “It’s all in the plan guys….”

Another thing that keeps popping up on these cards is the number 23. So between the thumbs up sign, a hand tossing a coin up in the air with it’s thumb, and the number 23, I can say there’s some pattern.

I place these together for a reason. The first pic shows a machine, underwater, with gold spilling underneath it and some substance rising to the top. The second shows Brazil, a golden hotel like structure, and the pyramid on top. Now read this article, written in 2008:

This one seems prophetic, even EERIE considering the current state of things. Oil on top of the world, spilling all over it. Symbolic? Maybe. Freaky? Definitely!

As I said in the beginning, all I can do is draw my own conclusions, present them here, and put forth facts. I challenge everyone to draw their own conclusions. I spent hours upon hours gathering this information, and hope just ONE person can benefit from it or help find something new. Hopefully it will be a good read for some. WOW!! Those cards are creepy as hell and if some already haven't happened then you could see them happening. I personally think the hiiden city has to do with secret and underground bases. That hidden city card reminds me of NORAD and the fact that it is almost like a city with about 7 multistroy buildings and systems to sustain the "city".

I actually still have a whole bunch of those cards. It was a fun game as far as I remember.

The game was inspired by Robert Anton Wilsons Illuminatus trilogy and is in a spoofy conspiracy setting, so there's bound to be a lot of weird UFO/NWO/Illuminati related stuff.
I don't really see anything sinister about it though. If anything it probably introduced a lot of people to the subject. Also I believe that laughing and poking fun at the Illuminati is a healthy and empowering thing.


There are some interesting elements in the cards, especially the the one with the trade centers, although I consider some of the other 9/11 synchronicities to be stronger namely Neo's passport in The Matrix and the Three Lone Gunmen episode. But I don't really consider them to necessarily be more than coincidences.

I agree, the NEO passport is very creepy... I think it may be some type of collective unconscious thing.

I like hearing replies, and letting people come to their own conclusions/ideas. It is FUN to see what we can find from this.

Having scrolled through your post, I find myself still searching in vain for a point to the whole thing. Of course there are parallels between the cards in an Illuminati deck and every conspiracy and urban legend in the book. The entire point and premise of the game is that all the conspiracies about the Illuminati are true, and that the players *are* the Illuminati. Given that, if there *weren't* similarities, it would be not only a huge surprise, but an incredible failure in game design.

You're also suffering from 'conspiracy overdose', in my opinion. You're seeing things through a filter that insists on seeing things whether they're actually there or not. Three examples from your thread that really jumped out at me:

1) The "Bigger Business" card, where you insist that big business is represented by nuclear power. What gave you that idea? Nuclear power plants (other than Chernobyl) don't emit clouds of black smoke...but factories do.

2) The "Princess Dianna" card, where you seem to find something sinister about her being surrounded by paparazzi, rather than being shown as the Living Saint (tm). Sorry to tarnish her sparkling reputation, but Princess Di wasn't nearly as saintly *before* she got killed in a car crash. She was a professional media magnet, pure and simple.

3) The 'Bill Clinton' card showing him on a leash, even before the Monica Lewinsky scandal. Again, nothing surprising there. Mr. Clinton's reputation (note that I didn't say 'good reputation') was well established long before Ms. Lewinsky became a public figure. His card (like every other card in the deck) plays up to his well-known faults for comedic effect.

I'd strongly suggest that you spend more time actually *playing* Illuminati (though I thought the original version was much more fun, the current one is a hoot!) and less time trying to use the intentionally conspiracy-parodying cards as some sort of obscure Tarot.

Actually, Lucus from the Brave new books presentation speaks about this. I haven't done much research on it, but it had something to do with Comet NEAT, Planet nibiru, Etc...

The cards that appear to show Obama with the red and yellow stuff behind him, and the Teflon coating card. On both of them, the splotches appear to spell BP. They are reddish and orangish, which is the color of some of the oil from the oil spill, which isn't always black.

I am not sure if that is supposed to be Obama or the head of BP.

Some of the cards are weird, and proably haven't happened yet.

I am wondering what that Oregon crud is. Could the oil degass out and fall as oily rain as far away as Oregon?

I bought the Illuminati Deluxe game by Steve Jackson last month at my local thrift store , sealed and in original packaging for three bucks. This was released before the NWO CCG i assume.

I wasn't sure what the game was when I found it at the store so I Googled it on my phone and got nothing but links to the supposed future predictions on the cards. Needless to say I had to have it after that, lol. It is literally the reason I found ATS and now I'm addicted to this site.

Anyway, it is a pretty fun game with an excellent sense of humor. I may sell it on eBay eventually.
