Thanks for sharing! Some great shots! I also enjoyed your saturn video, have you got any pics or videos of any other planets or nebula?

Im a novice star-gazer, i have a 5" celestron astromax, but need better eyepieces.

hi zooplancton..
light pollution really doesn't affect the moon too much.
When the moon is "lit",
it does the same thing to the sky as light pollution itself. (only prettier). lol
But you can view the moon like this from just about any light polluted area.
Of course it's always better in remote, natural areas with no pollution though.

Some of the older guys at the observatory get grouchy when the moon is up,
it takes away from their star light. lol
Understandable..
But I always love when the moon is up.

jupiter and Venus is not at the right spot for me now, and for nebulas i need a good Camera but i am still looking for the best one perhaps some one here know what the best photocamera for nebula's ?

i live in a industrial area and highways close to me with lot of lights! you will not say that when you see the video's but that's the truth, so i am wondering for myself how it is in a quite remote area and take some shots
