Poor little mite, don't expect to last very long.
It's a shame when things like that happen either to an animal or even to a human, but unfortunately nature is random and it happens.

The types of birth defects are uncommon. You can get two headed snakes that survive. The condition of multiple heads is known as Polycephaly.

A number of 2 headed kittens is listed on the web page. You could make a contribution to the wikipedia and add this incident as well.
