Just a thought....
Are we able to very roughly work out the second objects speed by comparing the motion-blur of the second object to the motion-blur of the heli's blades?
I mean, if the object is blurrier than the rotor blades, does that mean it's moving faster (than the tips of the rotor blades) or does distance have to be taken into account?

I agree with the F117 post. Looking at the enhanced photo, you can make out the "V" in the tail. The jet appears to be banking right.
The Air Force retired the F-117 on 22 April 2008,[2] primarily due to the fielding of the F-22 Raptor[5] and the impending fielding of the F-35 Lightning II.[6]
I ddn't. As a matter of fact, not until I downloaded the pics to the laptop that I even saw that. I was more scared of the boom and the plane. I was thinking there was shooting going on.

They ARE here, no idea why though. It makes me wonder if there's a meth lab in my neighborhood now!
There is a HEAVILY wooded area right in back of my subdivision, but the chopper didn't look like it was moving slow. It had about the speed of a normal chopper as it flies, so maybe someone else's neighborhood has a lab in it.
Still doesn't explain the boom heard by myself and 2 other people, probably alot more if I went house to house and asked. If it were a sonic boom, it'd have to be a plane that was relatively low to the ground, since that's what it "felt" like.
