You need 200 posts to use the chat feature. It might have been worth mentioning this for any new users.

I would love to be back in the chat room, to be honest. I have friends in there. Short story, the post count used to be 50. It was raised to 200 posts after what I reckon was a release of classified ATS information followed by an unprecedented cover-up.

I'll be back there eventually. ^^;

I might hop in OP, but I don't have 200 posts yet. Maybe in august.

im only posting here to get my count up so I can enter chat.

Stupid idea if there isnt already enough rubbish posts around here let alone forumites trying to get to the magic 200

200 posts is an urealistic number, im sure a Goverment offical came up with that target number

200 posts is pushing the boat out a bit! As soon as I hit the target I'll be there.

Try it at around 5 PM (uk time)

Usually quite busy around that time with plenty of people talking over each other etc.

Well this thread inspired me so I went. For about 5 minutes I watched an empty room. There were 6 people there altogether. It was every bit as interesting as watching a room full of deaf-mutes ignore each other.

for some reason I have been banned from chat. I've complained twice as no one has ever told me why i was banned. I dont believe i broke any terms and conditions.

maybe someone could fill me in.

Chat is amazing.

I should know, I spend most of my time there. It may get dead at some times, but I LOVE chat and it holds a unique spot here, on ATS
