Based on the actions of Obama in putting the final nail in the US economy so it is incapable of recovery, his increasing of US troops overseas, unimaginable spending, giving away trillions of dollars that are unaccounted for, sorry I have to stop I'm gonna cry.

If Obama was born on US soil that makes him a traitor.

bottom line is it does not matter if he was indeed born in the usa or not he was voted into office and i bet he will not let go of the power he now weilds.

1) Wrong. 3 other presidents had fathers who held british citizenship at the time of their birth. Chester Arthur, ANdrew Johnson and James Buchanon. And the simple fact that he was born in Hawaii and his mother was a US citizen qualifies him for natural born status.

2)Umm if your talking about 1981 to pakistan there was no ban on travel for us citizens. So he wouldn't have needed an Indonesian passport. And if you can provide any evidence that he ever had an Indonesian passport under the name Barry Soetero I'd love to see it.

First, I would recommend that you read the constitution with regards to what constitutes "Natural Born Citizenship," as it doesn't mention the nationality of the parents.

Actually your mistaken about the natural born citizenship not mentioning the parents.

The 14th Amendment defines citizenship this way: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside." But even this does not get specific enough. As usual, the Constitution provides the framework for the law, but it is the law that fills in the gaps. The Constitution authorizes the Congress to do create clarifying legislation in Section 5 of the 14th Amendment; the Constitution, in Article 1, Section 8, Clause 4, also allows the Congress to create law regarding naturalization, which includes citizenship.

FYI, the democrats in Congress created the banking crisis, Bush called attention to it years ago. There are videos showing this, and videos of Barney Frank, spitting and screaming there was nothing wrong with Fannie and Freddie, I think back in 2006 or '07, I'll try to find them. I saw them last year.
Also, Bush was repeatedly called the AC and a Nazi as well., so don't make it so one sided. ALL POLITIANS ARE TO BLAME FOR THIS MESS.

If they are so frivolous and unfounded then why spend all the money having them 'thrown out' and just not producing the documents? Because they don't exist! I guess it goes with the same question why he has a Conn. SS# and has never lived or worked in Conn...

I guess it would help if you could show where anyone spent any money throwing anything out of court. You do know that if a judge tosses out a case, he does not charge the defendant that was never called for anything, right? You are very confused, as most birthers seem to be. You should all spend a few minutes each day learning the answers to your questions because they are mostly pretty easy.

You do know that court isn't free, right? there are a multitude of fees involved, especially when you employee good lawyers. Also, he has produced the documents, he can only provide a "short form" birth certificate because h\Hawaii no longer produces "long form" birth certs, as I've pointed out about 5 times in this thread.

as far as the SSN issue goes:

Numbers are assigned based on the return address on the request envelope, not residency. And Carole Gilbert notes that Obama's father, also named Barack Hussein Obama, lived in Connecticut for several years.

Even if he was assigned a Hawii SSN at birth, he could still have gotten a new one at a later date.

The facts are, the short form birf certificate released by B. Hussein could be obtained by anyone and does not require US Citizenship to obtain.

The facts are, B. Hussein has refused to release his long form birf certificate because he doesn't have one.

Just like he has refused to release his college records. - which is a joke.
