You might need to download the google earth plug-in

It's fairly interesting especially when you compare it to the size of some of the worlds cities or even your own city.

According to my own estimates it might take you 2 to 3 hours to drive, at highway speeds, from one end of the spill to the other end. And that's only what's visible on the surface.

Who knows whats going on 5,000 feet below the surface?
