I'm trying to see what you're talking about here.

Posts, in general, don't get deleted.

The only times I've seen actual posts deleted is from spammers or major T&C violations.

More often than not, the post is removed and an off topic label is displayed.

I've had a quick look through your recent posts and see no off topic labels.

Which is where I think you've gotten yourself a little confused.

Did you post in a thread that was deleted?

If so, your posts will have been deleted too, is this what you are talking about?

He would be able to post the Information he thinks we desire to censor. He says we dont allow anti-israeli information. And yet the board is FULL OF IT.

So if he wants to post something pertinent about Israel, I invite him to do it right now and here and see how it does not get deleted (unless it contains porn, ad-spam, profanity or any other TC Violation).

I can totally see your frustration and understand it to a degree. The point I was trying to make is how long can you stay angry? The reason I interrupted this thread was on grounds of fair play. I saw one member getting a lot of animosity from a group of members. I've had the same thing myself, it's not nice, but I can hack it. I don't like seeing it happen to others. It shouldn't happen.

Are you going to let your anger lead you to joining in an attack on one person for the sins of another? Same goes for the other guys. Maybe I'm missing some important details? If that's the case take this as well-intentioned. Anyway, the emotions are too high in here for me, I'm butting back out.

I'm not angry dude. I'm simply using this time to voice something that i didn't get the chance to at the time.

I'm not angry with anyone. A tiny bit frustrated maybe, but not angry.

I'm not attacking anyone either, in fact go back a page and you'll see me defending a moderator EVEN THOUGH i want answers from them.

Well it was a little while back now, but i did post a complaint about two things. Firstly my topic which was within the t&c was deleted by a certain moderator, whom i contacted and got a sarcastic and dismissive reply - and when i complained about the attitude of that specific moderaor - i got ignored by all the mods, not even a acknowledgement or an apology.

So let me get this straight. After reading biased rant after rant (reminiscent of the police hatred rampant here) it appears people want the mods to be nonhuman, unfeeling, and nonthinking. Is that about right? They are not allowed to have an opinion and thus they are not allowed to be human?

My next question is what world are you on? What kind of elitist, fascist thinking is that? So much for all the freedom, everyone preaches about wanting. You can toss that out the window if you are a mod. “You cannot think you must just be”. Seriously, some people need to get a grip and understand the world does not revolve around them and their every single explosive thought. There are some seriously over sensitive people on ATS now.

This is one of the reasons I would not be a mod (I have had such a position in another place and I ended up hating it soon after). You can never please everyone and then you have some that just cannot accept that some do not think like them.

Funny thing is I have had a problem with nearly every government figure on the planet at one time on ATS as well as some of the posters here as well. Not once do I recall my posts being deleted. I have had one edited (I even asked about it in a U2U and got the answer I felt was sufficient enough, though not entirely pleasing). I was a bit over board that day I guess but I also feel someone was being overly sensitive as well.

The posts I have seen before they were deleted were direct attacks and certainly not even trying to be constructive to the topic at hand. Perhaps those getting posts/threads deleted need to try and abide by the T&C a bit more. Not really that hard to do if you ask me.

I'm more that happy to be judged by my peers.
To me thats members, not Mods.
Then members know what other posts were allowed in the same threads...
