I'm sorry to let you know this but the books and information you have recommended comes from a different time....

A time when The FBI was a unique branch of Law enforcement, and their primary role was to fight organised crime.

Today the FBI's primary role is to bust strip bars and watch child pornography all day long. Just before 9/11 bush set up the FBI's new role as accomplices in organized crime.

If indeed you are right then the two actors in the supposed fake video have committed a federal crime by impersonating Feds. I don't think A protest group who is probably well researched in Laws would do that. But I could be wrong.

Can someone please acknowledge, respond to, and try to invalidate the evidence in my posts (2, 1)? Again, it at the very least appears the the female officer is a police officer and a liaison to the JTTF. So unless someone has some evidence that this woman's identity was merely being assumed by the woman in the video, should we not at least consider that this was a genuine event?

It is a genuine event. you yourself with those posts have all ready proven that.

All every one else has done is shown FBI for dummies books or made speculations that lack common sense.

So she's been deputized, because here name is Layne Brewster-Smith, and appears to be on the Police Dept for Austin University.

After looking at both badges, they appear to be real to me.

Reread my post on page 5 with a lot of detail and also Nikolams post where he ran the plate and it comes up with another persons name and not a federal ID. Do you honestly think the FBI wants the liability of an agent using someone else' car? That makes no sense at all !

There is no way those two People would pretend to be Feds in a video that claimed them to be real Feds while showing proof of them showing identification claiming to be real Feds. Especially with their faces on camera and their license plate in the video.

Not cool... at all. That in itself is an act of terrorism against the owner of that vehicle. Beings this is June 2010... there may be a new registrant that hasn't shown up yet in the database.

They're probably using an undercover vehicle that's been confiscasted by the LE/Feds for one reason or another.

Do you have any evidence to suggest this? That the FBI would use a vehicle under someone else' name? Do you know the liability involved if they actually did and something happened relating to the vehicle?

Nikolam did nothing wrong. Any one of us could have looked up the info. The lady on the staged video started the chain of events by posting it on youtube FOR THE ENTIRE WORLD TO SEE and not just one thread on ATS...Let me repeat myself
The lady on the video posted the license plate on youtube so anyone who can access youtube ON THE PLANET can see her plate. The lady taking the video, rang the bell and by trying to intimidate nikolam into not posting the info, you can't unring said bell.

I saw that, but people continued to say they were fakes. So I posted what I did. And people STILL persist in saying they were just actors. I am open to the possibility that this is all some sort of elaborate ruse, but it would require much more complexity and planning than simple video editing, given that several sources (including the one you provided) indicate that she is a legitimate JTTF liaison and law enforcement officer.

It's quite frustrating to have what you've posted more than once overlooked in favor of a belief that ignores that evidence, isn't it? I know it is for me.

I think this lady knew exactly what she was doing. The FBI may be right about her. I couldn't make a video like that. It took professional help. They are wathcing her for a cause. I listened to a interview with someone off the Peace Flotilla. It also sounded too professional to be an oberver caught in a bad situtaion.

The actors did not commit a federal crime. Actors pretend to be FBI all the time. Ever hear of The X-files ? The 2 primary characters were FBI agents. Are they in jail now ? Nope.
