OPEC is about to suffer a mammoth blow as the world shifts away from oil as its primary fuel source. That's coming in this century, perhaps within the next 20 years. The Saudis and other oil-rich nations are going to abruptly find themselves without a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of.

The USA and UK will be similarly impacted unless they take immediate steps to move away from an oil-based economy.

That's what I take from the prince's message. Nothing really cryptic about it. Besides, the prince could be off his rocker, barking mad, or just plain wrong.

Now, if he's talking about a religious apocalypse, then I think he's barking mad — no man shall know the hour, as the Bible says. It'll be upon us like a thief in the night, with no warnings, no time for preparation, no time to flee to Canada or Switzerland or wherever.

If the letter's authentic, then i think you've got it right.

As The Daily Beast reported June 8, Manning, while posted in Iraq, apparently had special access to cables prepared by diplomats and State Department officials throughout the Middle East, regarding the workings of Arab governments and their leaders, according to an American diplomat.

It is those files, those files will reveal the truth about the Arab government which are nothing but mayors for the US empire, that they do what the US commands them, that the US is merely an Ayatollah of the Arab nations.

No question in that.

When you add these two recent articles into the mix, we have something that is unsettling to say the least.

Of lately, there always was an article or two about how Saudis treat women, either because they wear trousers, or drive a car, or some similar idiotic thing, and the last one I remember, was about a woman attacking a religion policeman because he questioned her being with a man who was not her husband.

Pushing this kind of articles into the headlines of MSM is clearly indicative that Saudi regime is going down for sure one of these days.

Conditioning of public and messaging.

“Hillary Clinton and several thousand diplomats around the world are going to have a heart attack when they wake up one morning and find an entire repository of classified foreign policy is available,” Manning wrote of the diplomatic cables, according to Wired.

It effects the whole American empire..

second line

The worst thing which I think will be exposed is the terrorism, and I believe the Royal family knew of the terrorism used against Muslims in Iraq, to demean Al-Qaeda.

In an interview with Al Jazeerah TV, the popular Iraqi leader Fattah al-Sheikh, a member of the Iraqi National Assembly and deputy official in the Basra governorate, said that police had "caught two non-Iraqis, who seem to be Britons and were in a car of the Cressida type. It was a booby-trapped car laden with ammunition and was meant to explode in the centre of the city of Basra in the popular market." Contrary to British authorities' claims that the soldiers had been immediately handed to local militia, al-Sheikh confirmed that they were "at the Intelligence Department in Basra, and they were held by the National Guard force, but the British occupation forces are still surrounding this department in an attempt to absolve them of the crime."

The original story is from an Iranian web site. The Iranians hate the Saudi regime: it's Sunni, American-allied, as rich as Croesus and the only local power to challenge Iran's regional ascendancy, not to mention influence in the Muslim world.

The story is propaganda....

Absoultely. What do we know about the source - Wagze news agency ?

Do they have an axe to grind? According to Astyanax the answer is yes. Do we know for sure the letter is even genuine, or at least distorted.

This whole thing panders to the cynic in us all, but we really must answer the above questions before taking the bait on such quotes.

If it is true, then it could be referring to the massive financial losses already being suffered around the world because of Goldman Sachs et al. Or as pointed out by Doc Velocity, a forthcoming move away from oil.

Both make sense of the suggestion to leave now while they still have the cash.

Are the SA monarchy really dependent upon the existence of the US, UK & Israel (!!!?) to maintain their authority? Mass death in the US, UK & Israel may not necessarily lead to an SA coup, whereas a sudden depletion of their funds would leave them highly vulnerable to attack.

As much as I would like to see an end to all autocratic dictatorships I think this is all bunch of hot air. The Prince in question is a disaffected Saudi Royal living in EXILE in Cairo - since a disagreement between his Father (king Saud) and his uncle (king Faisal). Clearly he would like to see changes in the Kingdom, but for his own political ends. If you read the associated articles it is clear that he has his own specific agenda. I see no value in giving his musings the oxygen of publicity. Speaking from the experience of living in Saudi for 3 years I know that things are not perfect, but like any country, the rulers keep the armed forces sweet and provide welfare for the masses. More importantly they have the money to do it. A few pockets of dissidents exist on the fringes (religious and tribal) but they are dealt with quite ruthlessly. Don't expect to see an uprising anytime soon.

My opinion - much ado about nothing!

Its a great difference if you re really religious or "forced" to be religious.

Im sure if you let the people of Saudi arabia decide what they want, most if not all of them would prefer the more secular lifestyle with religion in the background and not as present as it is atm

I also read about that story a few days ago.

Weird thing is, by releasing or being suspected of releasing 'cables regarding the Arab countries workings' he could infact speed up the war plan.

As soon as he releases these cables, then they might have lost the 'initiative'.

It is a far stretch of the imagination, but still possible.

Why would he say move to Canada?? If the U.S.A goes down, Canada will definitely go down to. We are right beside them, if they go to war with Iran we go to war with Iran.

USA is the 17th oil exporter in the world while Canada is 6th. I don't know how much Israel is dependent on the oil. So this explanation fails i feel.

You guys are aware of the clandestine sea warfare that is rumoured to be occuring in the last month off the coast off Turkey, Lebanon, Israel and the Gaza Strip?

The killing of the 5 Hamas SF frogmen is supposed to be in connection to this.

Also I believe it is connected to the race for oil between Israel and Lebanon.

Apparently a large oil reserve has been discovered in Lebanon waters and Israel are going for it. Lebanon are trying to stop them.

The Freedom Flotilla might be linked to this, infact if true, the whole 'blockade running' focus might be linked to it, to stall or keep the world's eyes on the area, particularly Israel.

This is speculation based on articles from Debka and Intelhub. (so caution is advised)

I wonder what he is referring to when talking about USA, UK...and why on earth is Israel teamed with USA & UK I wonder???

He is referring to common knowledge. The U.S, UK and Israel have long been on the same "team." He's referring to crooked foreign policy of course. My biggest question is in his regards to none of those places "surviving" whatever occurrence he is talking about. If the US, UK and Israel aren't going to make it, well then who is? I can't foresee anybody coming out "on top" in any type of catastrophe that is capable of completely wiping out the entire US, UK and Israel.

Cheers,
Strype
