I feel overwhelmed by it all. I don't live within 800 miles of it, but it just bothers me.

I want to know where I can file a claim for lost income and emotional distress from this.

I've paid hundreds of thousands in taxes over the years, yeah, I've had good years, but; I think it's time that they should give some back if BP doesn't step up and relieve my discomfort.

I wonder if I can come up with a claim under the Americans with Disabilities Act, like pumping gas into my car gives me flashbacks or seeing oil stains on parking lots make me dream of oil covered pelicans I've never seen except on the news.

Every scammer in the region will be showing up now that Uncle Barry has demanded that BP make the claim process easier for people to file a claim and every news orginazation looking for "victims".
