the cross isn't a road sign - have you ever seen a street sign shaped like that?, its a temporary cross probably errected by the residents

sorry i can't see a triangular sign, i only see the oblong sides on the bottom side of the bridge and a cross which is one of the anomolies?, wheres the triangular sign?
