Well thats an interesting one.

All I can say is that without some point of reference for the environment like trees, ground, or other objects this just looks like another out of focus balloon.

I suppose the sounds in the distance are supposed to be sonic booms. That reminds me of the Haitian hoax ufo with sonic booms. I'm skeptical, sorry.

Most everything happening in Mexico skies and below is cause for concern.
The only guess-suggestion I'd gamble on, is, their defense tactics and weapons are primitive compared to their next-door neighbors. Hence less undulated the Ebe's are to accumulate Mexican land and air space.
