For the first time in a history that stretches back nearly forty years, the mysterious Russian radio signal popularly known as UVB-76 had issued an order. On the 24th of January 2013, it was heard clearly by its legion of fans:

That is very interesting with everything going on right now. And with such a long history of eavesdropping for this to be the first time must indicate something.....

But what ?? Wait and see I suppose.

If I'm reading it correctly command 135 has been broadcasted before back in January this year according to this

How would I go about listening to the broadcast

Just giving the thread a bump as I find this sort of thing interesting I also have a question, how would it be possible to listen to the signal if that's even possible
